Warps and is hard to clean
"I purchased these sheet pans expecting to love them. I even gave them a second chance and exchanged the original ones for new ones.
They warped every time I put them in the oven. From 300-425, which is well within the recommended temperature. (Your can see in the photo how it has warped and the temp is set to 425.)
They are very hard to clean if you use any sort of oil or grease on them. The non-stick coating is not enough to keep the oil from sticking. However it keeps you from being able to scrub them with anything that will remove the oil/grease.
If you are just planning on using these for cookies, then you should be fine, but any other sort of cooking on them doesn't turn out well."

Terrific Baking Sheet
"This is truly a great non-stick baking sheet - purchased a few days ago. Today used it for the first time - made mini-meatloafs with Pama cheese and sauce. Even tho the cheese did burn arount the edges, washing the pan was an absolute snap, no scrubing, etc. Used in my convection oven and I think the mealoves even cooked quicker and more evenly.
Enjoy - this a a wonderful non-stick pan."

"I will never be without this baking sheet. I can't tell you how many pans I have purchased that I have scrapped!! I purchased this one on a whim when I was purchasing something else. I have purchased two more since. I use them for everything - cookies, roasted vegies, meats - you name it I use them. They clean like magic. They look like the day I bought them - BEAUTIFUL!!"

Staple baking sheet
"I have two other baking sheets from c&b that I love. I wanted one more. It's worth the investment to buy something nice, it will last so much longer. This sheet bakes cookies evenly, no burning, and food just slides right off. The non-stick coating is fantastic. Easy to clean. It also didn't warp in my oven (when they pop and bend at certain heats). You won't regret this purchase!"

Excellent Baking Sheet
"I purchased this baking sheet to upgrade from my old, warped, cheaper versions. So far, this has performed wonderfully. It is nice and sturdy, nothing sticks to the surface, and it's easy to clean. The 'instructions' said to adjust temperature when first using it, but I have been able to use the same bake time with no burning or sticking."

Best Baking Sheet Ever
"This is the best Baking sheet I have ever owned. It is very sturdy and professional looking. Baked cookies on it and they slid off with no sticking issues and the pan looked as clean after use as it did before I dropped cookie dough on it. Great purchase! :)"

Won't warp, but ridges are deep
"This is a fantastic, heavy-duty baking sheet - HIGHLY recommend for any baking, as it will hold up over the long haul, and won't warp like most sheets will. It is of note, though that the pan is not flat, but has ridges that will imprint on the bottom of your cookies, so a flat sheet would be a good investment as well."

Best baking sheet ever!
"My fiancé and I registered for 2 of this pan to replace the warped baking sheets we've had for years. We did our research and knew we wanted a sturdy all purpose baking sheet that would let me bake cookies, as well heat up naan and anything else we could throw at it. These pans work like a charm and more. Everything I've baked on this pan slides right off. Even calzones that exploded cheese out of the seam. No problem. Since nothing sticks it's easy to clean too. I love this pan."
