Great Sofa
"I bought the chocolate Troy sofa about 3 months ago after walking into the store and seeing it on display the style is clean and sharp the fabric is great I like it better than my old leather sofa and the size is perfect for a small town house living room. I spend most of my time lying on it an it is very comfortable the arms are not to high to prop your head on with a pillow and the sofa sits high enough off the ground when you sit in it so as not to feel like your sitting to low to the floor.I like that its made in North Carolina and I am very pleased with the purchase. If it comes from C&B you know the quality is there."

I love this couch!
"I purchased the Troy sofa (along with 2 chairs, a chaise lounge, and the little ottoman) in diplomat chocolate in 2008. After 3+ years of constant use, all of the pieces look great. They haven't faded, despite their exposure to near constant sunlight, and spills have been very easy to clean up. The only casualty was the back cushion of one of the chairs when my puppy ate it (she reports that it was tasty), but I was able to buy a replacement cushion from C&B without having to buy a new chair entirely, which I found to be an exceptional value. Highly recommended."

Great Apartment Sofa
"I bought the chocolate Troy sofa two years ago, and it still looks great. The fabric has held up so well- it is very easy to clean. I have only had to flip the cushions a couple of times. This sofa is the perfect size for a studio apartment."

Troy Sofa
"I actually have 2 of these sofas (diplomat fabric) in my house - one in my master bedroom with the chaise and one in my office. I looked around for a different style for my office, but came back to this one because of the clean lines and shape.
When the chaise sectional was delivered, the back cushions looked to small and there were gaps. I called customer service and asked them if this was the way it was supposed to look. The person advised me that it was supposed to be a clean line along the top. I asked for a new sofa cushion, but they exchanged it for an entirely new sofa. A+ for customer service."

Love this sofa
"We got this sleeper sofa for our family room, and when we had to move unexpectedly we had to sleep on it for over a week until our new bed arrived. I was nine months pregnant and it was comfortable! It has been a great sofa to have with children as well because everything comes out of the fabric. We have really enjoyed having this sofa."

Still going strong
"I bought this sofa 3 years ago and it still looks brand new! I flip the cushions every now and then, and they are still fluffy and comfortable. Stains are very easily removed - everything from red wine to Indian food."

Troy sofa
"I purchased this piece a year ago and it has been great. It took a few months to soften up but seems to be wearing well. The only downside is that the microfiber seems to attract lint and other things. I would recommend you do vacuum this couch weekly like C&B suggests and it will look new."

Fabulous Couch
"This is a great couch. It's really comfortable to sit on, and is good for a guest to sleep on (just make sure to take off the back cushions to give them a bit more room!). I was worried it would be too big for my space, but it's perfect. Highly recommend."

"I ordered this (and the matching chair) in a custom color sleeper sofa. It's beautiful, solidly made, and the sleeper is large and comfortable for guests. Very happy with this purchase. Delivery and setup was easy and delivery personnel were very helpful."

Just received this in Sable
"The couch itself is lovely and delivery was quick and efficient. The sable color is great, dark but not too dark. We love it because it sits a little higher and my tall boyfriend likes the length. We haven't had it for very long yet, so I can't say how it will wear. Only complaint so far is that the couch cushions on the back kind of poof out if you're sitting to one edge or the other of the pillow. There are only two big back cushions (which i like) but that means most of the time one is poofing forward somehow. Aside from that, it's nice and firm and looks great!"

So comfortable
"I've had the Troy Sofa in chocolate for about two months. It is gorgeous. The deciding factor for purchasing this was its size. The width and depth are great, but I needed a piece with a lower back that would fit through my tiny 29-inch doorway. This did easily. The texture is soft, almost plush, but pet hair cleans up nicely. Extremely comfortable. So glad I got the matching Troy Storage Ottoman."

Great sofa for small space
"I got this sofa for our townhouse (small space with awkward layout). It fits very well, the fabric is easy to clean, and the cushions are nice and firm. Only downside are the armrests: not very comfy to rest your head against when reclining. We put a couple of toss pillows on the couch, and it worked out very well. The staff at the store were very helpful and even drew out a plan of our room to make sure the sofa would fit."

I am in between
"As the previous reviewer mentioned, the look of the sofa is great! I love the piping, and it actually takes up less space than my previous sofa. This sofa is also very resistant.
CONS: As the previous review, the cushions. I've had my sofa for over a year, and I can tell that I will eventually have to purchase new inserts. The sofa is sat on every day, and the cushion inserts don't seem to be holding up. I do everything possible to make them more plump, but they go back down to being smashed as soon as someone sits back on them. It's such a huge disappointment."

Not so sure
"Have had the sectional for over 2 years. The fabric is awesome; no staining whatsoever and spills clean up with a damp cloth. The problem is the cushions which don't retain their shape, even with constant switching around. This tends to happen especially at the edges, so when you sit on edge of cushion, it's very uncomfortable and you feel like you're falling over. The overall look is now very slouchy.."

pretty but perfect
"Bought this sofa in march 2009. By June cushions sunk even though flipping them weekly. C&B replaced with newer thicker ones, which are better but not enough. It needs foam cushions, which last much longer. While the Troy is very pretty & looks brand new it isn't worth the $1,200 I paid (tax & delivery). I didn't buy the matching chair because of this problem."

"I bought the Troy sofa and matching Troy armchair for my apartment...5 years ago. For the first few years I was extremly happy with my purchase. The look, the size, the color were just what I was looking for. However, after just two years, things begin to go downhill. The light blue fabric begin to fade..big time..as well as look dingy, dirty and worn. Even after proffesional cleanings. I spent well over $1500.00 on the items, including tax, shipping and processing and expected the furnitures appearance to last longer than a few years."
