great for bathroom

Perfect for limited space
"We have been decorating our baby's room - trying to get everything organized before she comes. Her crib is going into a nook area yet it does not fill the whole space. We were looking for a sleek, narrow, white book shelf to put the monitor on. I found this online and went to the store today to get. Lets just say it is easy enough for a 38 week pregnant woman to assemble on her own (though my husband will have to mount it to the wall). It is sturdy but not heavy. It was a great purchase!"

Great product!
"We purchased this for our daughter's room, to make a tight space useful for something. It's terrific. Crate and Barrel did a great job of organizing the packaging to facilitate the assembly process. It seems to be a very high quality (it even has inset rubber on the feet, so it won't slide on her hardwood floors). My husband was all smiles before, during and after the assembly. He said it was a quality piece and it went together easily and quickly. He was very pleased with it - and while we were a little put off by the price for the size, we feel good about the purchase and the quality of the piece."

Finish is not the best
"Purchased this for a powder room. Love the size and style, but unfortunately, the finish has not survived. Within a few weeks something (soap or lotion) had leaked a little and cause the finish to wear away. We now strategically place items on the shelves so the ruined finish doesn't show. I would recommend these shelves only if you can keep lotion, soap, or other liquid/chemical substances off of them."

Great bookcase!
"My husband and I bought two Sloane White 18 bookcases a few months ago and we have been nothing but pleased with them. We have used them to store books, as well as other small things such as picture frames and it looks great! They complement our small living room nicely and give a great sense of amplitude to the room thanks to their slanted structure. Arranging the two bookcases together is not only practical, but also serves decoration purposes. All in all, we are very happy with them and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for quality bookcases with amazing design."

Bathroom shelving
"We bought this for our bathroom and love it. Smaller in size than we realized, which is great for our already tiny bathroom (even though we pulled out the measuring tape...)! Clean, classic look and soo easy to assemble, probably 25 minutes tops (we were watching Shark week..). Highly recommend this bookcase and could imagine it in many different capacities within our apartment.
We styled it with some hurricane candle holders and clear jars and it looks really light and beautiful."

Great bookcase
"I purchased this bookcase to display fossils and meteorites found on my family's ranch property throughout the years. It's nice to finally have a place to store and display them that doesn't take up very much space. The different depth shelving was perfect for my collection!"

bigger than you think...
"We bought this bookcase for a college student's apartment. The box was long -- had to fold down the seat to fit in the car. Pretty simple to put together -- not too many parts, so even if you did it wrong (by not reading instructions), it was not hard to undo & redo it. The bookcase is only 18" wide, but it is deceptive -- it holds a lot! Great for a small space. I'd recommend it, & may get one/more for my house, too."
