"These are great looking planters at a good price made o f zinc so not long lasting ....will rust out in 4 years wish they were made of copper would last forever ....but a fitted plastic liner would be great addition hope they read this and Make one"
"When I bought the planters, they were nice, but the color was a bit fading so I sprayed them in black, they look nicer now and the planters are just the perfect size for my deck. On sale for $9.95 is not a bad deal either!"
"Zinc planter boxes are pretty in the catalogue, but not very durable. I ordered five of them. It took three different shipments to get planters that were not dinged up in shipping. The paint scuffs and scratches off easily, and they dint easily. Some of this may have been from rough handling with the shipper, but mostly, the planters just scratch and dint easily.
Once I received all five planters, I have to say that they are very attractive. I like the sleek lines. The dark color is a nice contrast to the greenery and flowers. Once filled with dirt, they do not dint as easily. The light weight becomes a bonus, especially when you move them after they are filled.
I like the planters, but I have concerns about their longterm durability."
"I love these planters...they were shipped swiftly and arrived safely packed in individual boxes. these make a wonderful addition to our patio. I love the look and i love the varying heights. The only negative is that ours are in direct/full sun and because they are metal, they tend to get very hot. I have had trouble keeping the plants watered and preventing them from drying out. I have ordered some self watering globes to help keep the plants hydrated, but i do think the metal tends to heat up and cause additional drying to the plants. recommend these for partial sun/shaded locations as a preference."
"I read all reviews before I place the order. Now these container are sitting at the entrance and they look very elegant. I especially like how light-weighted they are. Perfect for the price!!!"

Tough, but perfect
"I'd been shopping for over a year to find racks that would fit the set of planters I'd collected with no success. Seemed that all the available options would require drilling into our wall/deck and most would hang the planters at an angle. I had actually determined this year I'd break down and just zip-tie them onto our deck railing to finally get use of them. But, these racks are perfect!! They've got a spare style (so my fancy planters can still be enjoyed) combined with a generous size to accommodate a single large rectangular planter or a few smaller pots. My only negative on this product was that I needed my husband's help to hook them around our deck railing...that said, I'm grateful they're so sturdy to hold the weight without destroying our wood! Highly recommended!!"
"I bought this planter to go outside my door in our French Quarter courtyard. It's striking planted and it's height lends drama. It's modern but complements the courtyard's antiquity beautifully. I've had two other planters in this spot. This one's a keeper."
"I bought 2 of the tallest planters. The price could not be beat for the volume of planter you get. The insert was really nice as that woudl be a lot of soil to fill it with. Originally, I forgot to remove the plug, and the insert held water tightly (In case you would want that for some reason). The finish looks weathered, almost like a poor erase job on a chalkboard. When you wip it with water, it will show where you wiped. Rain also leaves white spots. None of this is negative, it gives it a weathered, but still modern look (and i am really really picky). with a brick in the bottom, it held up nice to some serious wind. I do recommend these and may buy more."
"I ordered two of these for our back deck. They are very modern and look great. It is nice that they have a removeable shallow pot to plant flowers. I put rocks in the bottom and took out the plug for drainage. I was worried because of the tapered shape that they might be top heavy, but they have proven to be very sturdy and wind resistent."
