Ceramic Pie Weights in a Jar
"Why did I wait all these years to buy a jar of weights? I a small item in terms of a well supplied kitchen, but when needed they make a huge difference...a beautiful single pie crust and no pricked holes. I have plans for the next bridal shower that I am invited to attend...one of your great pie dishes, the weights, my favorite recipe for a single pie crust and the lemon filling to go into it."
