Love these
"Beautiful, simple, classic and generously sized. This dinnerware gets alot of compliments, and matches any thing! We love it. Great weight, too. The only negative I have noticed is that they are scratching very quickly. Hopefully they hold up for years to come though!"

Love these dishes!
"I was looking for a set of white dishes that were reasonably priced and would work for everyday and for special occasions. After reading the reviews, I decided to purchase this set. I have been extremely pleased with my purchase. Even my husband has commented on how much he likes the look and feel of the dishes. He hated all of the old mismatched sets we had before.
I ended up purchasing 4 of these sets with the 7" bowls (service for 16). Then I purchased 16 pieces of the 5" bowls and the appetizer plates, 2 sets of serving bowls and 2 round platters. I was nervous about buying all these dishes and making the investment, but they are even better than I thought they would be.
They are light, but sturdy. My teenage boys have yet to break or chip any and they still look like new after more than a month of daily use and dishwasher runs.
Like previous reviewers said, the dinner plates are quite large and the 7' bowls work best for pasta, risotto, etc. The 5" bowls are better for cereal and soup. We use the salad plates for dinner plates most nights.
I love these dishes and would recommend them. Thanks for a great product, Crate and Barrel!"

"This product is soon nice. I bought it for my son and future daughter in law. Very nice. The only thing I was not happy with was how it was shipped. The product was wrapped just fine but the set of dishes came separate, so when I needed to wrap the gift 1 box was too small and the other too big."

Should have bought these a long time ago
"I bought these after spending the holidays with my aunt, who got them when they used to be called Elements dinnerware. Hers have held up beautifully for years. I went for 8 dinner, 8 salad, and 8 7" bowls, and I'm so happy with them. They are simple, elegant, and don't seem cheap. Very versatile. The 7" bowls are pretty large, but they have a flatter bottom, which makes them useful. I'm a bowl person, self-admittedly... Very satisfied with product, shipping, everything!"

Great set - great price!
"This was bought as a gift for my mother and was a HUGE hit! From beginning to end this was one of the easiest purchases I've made in awhile. I chose the item online, shipped for free because of a promotion going on, and everything arrived as promised - by Christmas and almost in perfect condition. 2 of the mugs had broken handles but, C&B shipped new ones no problem!
My mom just loves this set and at 68 years old finally feels like she has "the best looking dishes she's ever had!"
You can't go wrong with these - I promise!"

Love these dishes!
"We bought these dishes to replace the white dishes that we got 11 years ago for our wedding from C&B. Unfortunately our other dishes were discontinued. We do love the clean, simple design of these dishes and are counting on the fact that we'll be able to buy more when we need to in the future. The only drawback is that the coffee mugs are really big, wish they had a smaller version and maybe matching tea cups."

Great bright white mugs
"I love everything about these. Especially how the mug keeps the coffee hot. My guy always complains when I bring things home but this time even he says the mugs are his favorite thing! Love these dishes
"Absolutely great set of dishes. Clean and crisp looking. They easily mix and match with any white porcelain dishes you have. The packing on all three sets + the extra mixing bowls and chip bowls I bought was awesome. I have bought dishes online from other places and had them arrive broken. C and B packed these so well. I LOVE THESE DISHES!!
"I couldn't be happier with my new dishes! I ordered them on line and it only took a day to get them. They were wrapped incredibly and they came to me in perfect condition. I chose these dishes becasue they are the perfect size and weight. They have a beautiful feel and shine. They come out of the dishwasher perfect. Best of all my food looks wonderful on them! Essential Dinner Plates
"So I bought the Essential Dinner Plates. Fisrt of all, they were wrapped very well. There were no broken pieces at all. I love the look of these. I use them everyday. They wash well in the dishwasher. When I cut on the plate, I had no scratches. They have the most beautiful shine on them. They look very expensive. I love showing these dishes off:)"

Amazing Dishes
"I absolutely love these dishes! I have been looking for new dishes for months. Some stores had ridiculous prices, low stock, or just average dishes. A friend told me to try Crate & Barrel. I thought they would be too expensive. They had better prices than anywhere else for the quality of the dishes! I have been telling everyone how much I love these dishes! So close to perfect
"These dishes are amazing. I ordered 1 set and went back and ordered 2 more. They come wonderfully packaged; anything could be shipped in that packaging without being broken. The salad plates are perfect for lunches and help keep dinner portions under control. The 7" bowls are way too big for cereal, ice cream, or pasta. I bought these for small serving bowls for the 2 of us. They will be great a for large main course dinner salads. The 5.75" bowls are much more appropriate for daily use. These dishes just feel good in your hands, clean up easily, are a great value, and look spectacular in the cabinet. As with many other dishes, the bowls and mugs do not stack perfectly. Only negative, those stickers are terrible to remove. I spent >2 hrs on my set of 12 scrubbing with Dawn and my nails, so gooey and stubborn. Crate and Barrel, please invest in easy to remove stickers!"
