This casual modern bedroom collection from Italy has a relaxed, inviting feel with simple lines in soft white. Artisan finish is a multistep process of handpainting and hand-distressing to create a warm, aged appeal. Bed features recessed head- and footboard panel and tapered legs. Mattresses and foundations also available (sold separately). -Tulipwood solids and low-emission engineered wood -Hand-applied multistep soft white water-based paint sealed with a beeswax finish -Slat system with support legs -Accommodates a mattress and foundation -Made in Italy

Excellent piece for my guest room
"This bed arrived in perfect condition and delivery men were extremely courteous with an eye for detail. The bed is perfect. I love - love - love the light color. Any choice of bedding will keep the room light, airy & friendly. I am more than satisfied with this piece."

Such a great piece
"The bed is perfect for a contemporary or a french country/shabby chic decorating style. The straight lines give it a very updated, modern feel while the distressed cream/white finish blends perfectly with some existing furniture we had in the room. We LOVE this bed! We also purchased the dresser and the chest and they all look great and complete our bedroom set."

Quality Bed
"This bed was everything I was looking for in a bed. It accomodates a mattress and boxsprings and has a low footboard. It is very sturdy with three extra supports between the rails. The color is a creamy white with a little distressing. The lines are simple but beautiful. This is a bed that will be passed down through the years. I purchased the queen bed on-line and the entire process from ordering to delivery was hassle free. The delivery guys were exceptional as well."

Beautiful, sturdy bed
"This is an immaculately built bed, with beautiful tones and a perfect amount of distressing. It can be paired with other furniture to look classic or modern. It is also extremely sturdy and well-built. I would highly recommend this bed ten times over to anyone."

Love this bed
"This bed is sturdy, high off the ground (when you use box spring and mattress), the foot board is low enough to stay out of the way (i.e. you can easily sit on the end of the bed), and very attractive. It would be appropriate for a master bedroom, boy's, or girl's room, and could fit in with cottage/antique-styled decor or something a bit nicer. I was looking for a platform bed but they were all very low. This bed is great!!"

Good, solid bed
"The construction of this bed is awesome. Rails are screwed in to the head and footboards and there are additional legs in the middle of the bed in addition to the slats, so you're not going anywhere in this. Medium amount of distressing but still looks modern. If you're shopping online, this set is a creamy white, not a bright white. We do have a few bright white antiques mixed in with the set and they work well together. Just be aware of that if you don't plan to see it in person. Recommended"
