Centuries of Chinese craftsmanship meet mid-century modern in a new minimalist classic. Crafted of solid weathered elm with traditional wood-on-wood joinery techniques-without the use of nails or screws-this contemporary collection combines generous media storage with striking clean lines. Handsome 58 console accommodates a large flat-panel TV; clever slatted doors allow for easy remote control signal access to electronics. Inside are two adjustable shelves and multiple cord cutouts in the back panel. Tung tree oil finish, a natural oil derived from the seeds of the tung tree nut, preserves the natural beauty and grain of the wood. Marin occasional tables also available. -Created in collaboration with designer Maria Yee -Solid elm -Traditional Chinese joinery using no nails or screws -Tung tree oil exterior finish, water-based interior finish -Two adjustable shelves -Cord management cutouts -Adjustable leg levelers included -Made in China

Great Media Console
"We bought the Marin 58 Media Console for our 65" LED TV and to hide all the receivers, center speaker and front speakers inside of it. The design is very attractive and the piece is well made. Everything fits behind the slatted doors and the added benefit is that there's no need for IR's. I highly recommend this unit."

Getting a replacement
"For the price, this should be a quality piece. Our first major purchase from C&B. Upon delivery, it had a small chip on one of the doors, one door was crooked and some of the wood was rough, poorly sanded and finished. Not good for a $1,000 piece of furniture. We're getting a replacement piece soon. I'll update this after it arrives. Overall a good design. We're able to put a sub woofer, center speaker, amp, Apple TV, Direct tv box and DVD player in it with room to spare. Plenty of room to route cables and cords and all the remotes work without opening the doors. Overall look is very good. Hopefully the second piece will be much better than the first. C&B was great regarding service and the return. No issue regarding service so far."

Simply Stunning
"I had been looking for the right media console for years and finally found it when I saw the Marin 58 inch media console. I had wanted to find a nice piece of furniture that was unique. The piece is exactly what I was looking for. I love how well it fits in with my other modern pieces in my home and it hides all the clutter while allowing the remote controls to still work.

"Marin 58" media console fits perfectly and my 46" TV fits perfectly on it. Very nicely made and classy-looking. I would recommend this piece to anyone. I've also got the Marin coffee table and side table to match. My living room looks really good!"

Great Console
"Really love this console. Very well made and convienent for hooking up electronics. Also is great for those with babies who like to push buttons and play with cords. You can use everything without having to open the doors and the magnets are strong enough to keep the baby out of it...so far anyway."

"We were looking for a low media console to house our 65" Samsung Smart TV and A/V components. This is the perfect find. The TV fits perfectly on top and all my components and front and two side speakers fit comfortably and discretely behind the beautiful slatted doors. "I purchased this product at an exclusive price and its everything me and my wife hoped for. Large ,strong, good looking etc. i would definitely recommend for.those looking for a nice cabinet. The only thing im not fond of is the magnetic doors. But other than that great."

Perfect Media Cabinet
"It's hard to find a media cabinet that is both functional and attractive. We didn't want glass or to have to open the doors so our remotes can reach the electronics we're hiding, so the Marin worked out great with its slats that allow the remote's infrared signal to reach its target. There is good airflow in the unit which helps cool things and extends the life of our electronics and helps for running cables. We've received a lot of compliments on the Marin."

Incredibly Well Made
"As soon as the delivery folks unwrapped this piece and I saw it in my home I was just astounded at the quality. I swear I spent 20 minutes just looking at all of the joinery. I couldn't spot a single nail, just all glue and proper woodworking.
If you have any appreciation for craftsmanship, you'll love this piece.
Though it's sort of small it holds all of my electronic components - XBOX, PS3, WII, receiver, 3 speakers, AppleTV. There are plenty of slats and vents so all of this stuff doesn't get too hot. Brilliant design decision.
I can't say enough good about this piece. It even smells fantastic."

"I love this console! It is slightly smaller than many others in this size range, which, coupled with the slightly Asian design, results in an elegant, sleek looking addition to any room with any style. The quality of the workmanship, dovetail joints, etc., is superb, according to my husband who has done some wood-working in the past. Also, I'm not sure if it's the wood itself or the oil they used for the finish, but it has the most delicious, fresh aroma that permeates the room. From a use perspective, it holds all my components easily and has TONS of venting so that the heat is dispersed, saving components from potential overload issues. I was a little nervous buying a piece of furniture online, but I was so very happy with it when it was delivered. I highly recommend this piece. For what it's worth, delivery was great and communication from C&B is consistently easy and pleasant."

Come for the sleek, stay for the storage.
"This is perfect for us. It looks great in our living room and hides all of our devices and their ugly cords. Even better, there are holes in each divider so you can weave the cords throughout the console in whatever configuration suits your needs. I don't know if this is standard for media consoles like this, but it should be, because it rules."
