Three colors of lustrous high-quality sisal fiber are combed together before being woven with jute on special European jacquard looms to produce the cream grid weave. Nice looking
"I bought this rug for the master bedroom and selected it on my own accord. An espresso framed bed sits on top of it and the rug lies on top of a carbonized bamboo laminate floor. The rug is comfy and not is as abrasive on bare feet as I would have thought. I like the quality and style of the rug. I decided to get most of my area rugs from Crate & Barrel."

Beautiful and Simple Elegance
"We purchased two of the Island Grid Rugs to put over stone floors in our dining room and in the family room. The provide a lovely backdrop for the rooms adding texture and grace. They were delivered and placed accordingly by the friendly Crate and Barrel delivery service. We highly recommend the Island Grid Rug."

Not "cream" colored
"Perhaps I should have bought the swatch, however I expected the cream color rug i ordered to look like the middle rug in the third picture from the left on this website. All the other pictures of this rug on the website appear to look more like the one in the middle. In fact it looks like (or is) the bottom most rug in that picture - (no, this was not a case of C&B shipping the wrong rug as the packaging is labeled "cream".) I wouldnt describe the bottom rug in this picture as cream colored - not even close - however, that is what you will receive if you order this in cream."

Perfect sisal
"I just got this rug and put it in our home office, as a pad for a rolling office chair, over hardwood. I have lots of sisal rugs and this is undoubtedly the best looking one. Arrived well packaged. Really, if you like natural rugs, this is a great one! A very light "honey" shade. I'll buy more!"
