Durable jute and soft sisal combine in a finely patterned floor covering. Great rug
"Nice clean look. I wanted a flat rug to layer a smaller rug over. Chevron pattern is subtle and elegant. Time will tell if it will clean easily....seems sturdy - not overly soft but to be expected with these types of rugs. I put it over a thick pad to make it a bit softer to walk on. Lays flat from the start. Perfect - love it!"

1 year old and still great!
"It's been a year since I purchased two of these rugs, and I thought this would be a time to write a practical review that reflects a lot of use of the product. The rugs are in the "hub" of our house, a room with 5 entries, and they still look like the first day of delivery. They've stood up to the dog (100+ pound German Shepherd), spills (red wine), bare feet (the rugs are pretty soft!), and many visitors. I get compliments on the rugs all the time. I'm ripping up the carpeting in the bedrooms, and these rugs will be top contenders for those areas, too."

Beautiful, Neutral, and Classic
"I love this rug. The 9x12 brought my dining room together perfectly. From the pictures, the rug looks a little bit like a carpet, but it is not. It is flat, woven, and looks like tiny little natural-fiber ropes woven together. The color is very nice. It looks ivory in our space but I can see that in a space with more natural light it would look a little lighter/more white.
The chevron pattern is very simple and clean as others have described. I love it because it is subtle and not overwhelming -- so that once the chevron craze is over, this rug will not tire. Plus, you can't beat the price. I wish I had another spot for one of these rugs b/c I would buy another."

Great Rug
"Many times it's difficult to find something out of a catalog because you don't really know what you are going to get until it arrives. Basesd on the reviews, however, we decided to try this rug. It was perfect and we really like the way it looks under our dining table. It's nuetral color and the weave of the rug make our kitchen and living room look very clean - such a big improvement over an outdated green patterned rug. I would definitely recommend this rug to other folks looking for a rug that works with almost any decor, and doesn't look "cheap.""

great texture, oatmeal more than cream.
"this sisal rug is 99% what I expected. It is very neutral in color, I would call it 'oatmeal' not cream. The cream shows a bit yellow in some photos on the website, whereas this rug is more oatmeal/flaxen. Not an issue matching to anything really as it is completely neutral in color IMO. Very nice ; )"

Great Rug!
"I bought this rug for my living room. My curtains had a lot of pattern already so I needed a neutral rug. This rug was perfect. It has a great pattern that adds interest but is subtle so it doesn't look to busy. It's also really easy to clean. I've spilled coffee on it & I wiped it up easily without any staining, it seemed like the coffee didn't even get absorbed by the fibers."

Very durable
"Bought the 4x6 for our foyer in the cream color and it has held up extremely well. I was concerned the light color would show dirt easily but it hasn't. I've had the rug for several months and it still looks new. Any dirt vacuums up easily."

Great Dining Room Rug!
"We bought this rug for our dining room, which is just off the kitchen and has the same tile flooring, so I wanted to designate a space for the dining area. The 6'x9' size worked perfectly in the space and I loved the neutral color and great price point. The rug and accompanying eco rug pad was delivered 2 days after I ordered it, so I didn't even miss not being able to pick it up in the store...and I didn't have to worry about it not fitting in my car!
I love the herringbone pattern and the natural materials the rug is made from; it instantly added a ton of texture to the space and it looks great. This was a great shopping experience and I'd recommend Crate & Barrel to everyone."

Very impressed
"My husband and Labrador retriever seem to be on a mindless "seek and destroy" mission with this rug, and both have been unsuccessful thus far. We've had the rug for about 9 months, and I'm amazed by the fact that all I really have to do is vacuum anything that looks like a potential stain. I've had to work out tougher stains like blood and brown shoe polish, but I was speechless when they actually came out of a cream rug. I thought it was a goner after both of those spills but definitely not. Finally, a rug well worth the price!"
