Earthen Abstract Print
At a distance, Timothy Meyerring Von Thymann's earthy triptych appears to be a sprawling landscape. Up close, a richly-hued abstract appears, inspired by the Wisconsin shores of Lake Michigan, created from an original rendering in acrylic and grease pencil. Oversized horizontal print is matted with a white edge on a neutral brown and a broad wood frame moulding stained a warm espresso. Each print features artist's bio on reverse side. -Giclee print on acid-free paper -Espresso wood frame -Neutral and white mat -Clear glass -Artist: Timothy Meyerring Von Thymann -Made in USA

Gorgeous and Worth Every Penny
"I saw this painting in the store and loved it. The price was right. The colors were perfect for my family room. I ordered it via the internet and was pleased with the whole experience. I have painted and done professional framing in the past and could not duplicate this picture for the price I paid. it looks great over my sofa."

Beautiful Artwork
"Looks great over our sectional sofa. We had been looking for a large piece to cover the wall over the sofa in our living room and this neutral piece is just right. The frame is good quality and the colors blend nicely."

"I searched and searched for the right print to hang over our sectional. Found it!!! Once again, Crate and Barrel carries a piece that fits perfectly in our home, a blend of traditional and contemporary style. This print adds a natural, earthy vibe to the room. LOVE!!!"

Beautiful!
"I have had my eye on this piece for quite some time, so I was super excited to receive it is as a gift from my husband this Christmas. We put it in our bedroom, which is mostly neutrals, and it looks great! This piece has fit right in, but also adds some depth with the earthy range of colors. The frame is well constructed and we had no problems with quality or delivery.
We like to joke that almost every room in our house has some piece of furniture, art, or something from Crate and Barrel. I am obsessed!
Aside from the great quality of the products, I have experienced impeccable customer service with Crate and Barrel. On the rare occasion that I order something and it is not as expected, they replace it ASAP with no difficulties.
For example, we ordered our breakfast table, the Basque rectangle and 6 chairs. When it was delivered, 2 of the chairs had significantly uneven legs so they were very wobbly. We called customer service up and they promptly delivered 2 more chairs with no hassle!"

Beautiful Artwork...QC Not So Much
"My husband and I looked long and hard for a large piece of abstract art with earth tones in it. We found it in Earthen Abstract. Even better, the artist Timo is from my hometown of Milwaukee and this piece takes its inspiration from Lake Michigan. I was thrilled!!
What was not thrilling was the seemingly lack of quality control on this piece. We ordered the artwork since our local Crate & Barrel did not carry it in stock. The first one arrived and when we got it home, we realized there was a piece of white mounting paper sticking out from the back right in between two of the art panels. Our Crate & Barrel happily ordered a replacement for us. The next piece came in and before taking it home, we opened it up to find the glass had completely shattered during shipping. Luckily, there was another one in stock. We unwrapped a portion of the front of the third replacement at the store to ensure the glass wasn't shattered and there wasn't any mounting paper sticking out. When we completely unwrapped it at home, we discovered the corner of the frame was smashed in from being dropped during production. Ugh!! So Crate & Barrel ordered us a fourth replacement. The fourth was the charm and had no issues, but we completely checked it out before leaving the store.
This was a frustrating experience for us based on what seems to be a lack of quality control on this piece. Three round trips (not including the initial trip to see the store's artwork before ordering it) is a few too many. However, the customer service at our Crate & Barrel was superb; never once were we given a hassle about having to replace this piece so many times. If anything, the Crate & Barrel associates wanted us to be happy with our purchase.
Despite the issues, I'm giving this piece five stars: the artwork is amazing and we are very happy with our purchase, and Crate & Barrel associates provided excellent customer service."

Perfect Art Piece
"We have a classic contemporary style home. We had been looking for art work to go over our king size bed for nearly 2 years. This picture was perfect not only for the size but the color that went with our bedroom furniture as well."

Beautiful artwork
"The artwork is just as described with one exception. The tag in the store says it comes with non-glare glass, and that's not true. It's framed with regular glass. If that's not a concern to you, you'll love it. The framing is high-quality and it looks lovely in our home."

Nice Print
"This is a beautiful print. It is not original art as the previous poster suggested, but rather a reproduction print of the original (which is why it is affordable). It is a nice piece, but you shouldn't mistake it for original art ... it is a beautifully reproduced poster."

Gorgeous!
"I've been having trouble finding original, affordable, art for the sad and empty walls of my newly purchased home. The subtle color variations and abstracted lines of this piece look like the southwestern desert of Santa Fe, gracefully creating a strong focal point for a feature wall. This is an expansive, unique work of art that would take a good 'forensic' art historian to declare as a 'copy' of the original. It's more beautiful in person than in a picture- if you can, see it in person and you won't be disappointed."
