Tasteless Waste of Money

"I was terribly disappointed in the cupcake batter, and I have to agree with many of the other reviews. Grocery store cake batter that is a fraction of the price tastes superior and is much more moist. The extra ingredients required (a block of cream cheese and over two sticks of butter and several eggs, etc.) really make the cost per cupcake crazy. And, I they sayt the batter makes 10 cupcakes, suggesting that you grease the top of your muffin pan so the cupcakes release more easily. Never have I baked a cupcake where the directions tell you to fill the cup all the way. The cupcakes baked so high over the top and (despite the grease), they stuck to the pan and broke apart when I was removing them. What a HUGE disappointment. I should have spread the batter between 24 muffin cups, as is normal. The cupcake they picture on the cover of the box is clearly not baked according to their own directions b/c it is much smaller/more normal in size. Don't waste your money on this."
