Fresh and Contemporary
"We bought this sofa for our apartment in the stock nickel fabric. It looks fabulous, very clean lines with a fresh modern look that works well with many other styles and colors. It's also very comfortable.
Our one complaint is, after only six months, the bottom cushion seams are "wandering". I had hoped for better workmanship, but perhaps at this price point it was not to be. I would give it five stars otherwise."

Aidan Sofa
"My husband and I had the same sofa for almost twenty years and we were desperate to buy something to replace the old, worn out, unnatractive sofa we had since our son was a baby. We looked and considered many styles and price ranges and decided to go for something totally different from our old traditional sofa. After much consideration,,,I chose the Aidan sofa from Crate and Barrel in the stock fabric,,,Nickel. The Crate and Barrel service was impeccable,,the delivery was prompt and courteous. The sofa is stunning and we were more than pleased with our choice. The sofa is clean and contemporary,,,will blend well with most decor and we are just so glad that we chose the Aidan."

"The sofa is very handsome in the slightly nubby custom fabric I chose. While the wait for it was long, it was worth it. Months later, despite the structured form, we are amazed at how comfortable and functional it is with just the few pillows I bought and /or made for it."

Love this sofa
"We just had this sofa delivered in the Nickel color and LOVE it. It is so comfortable and looks beautiful in our living room. We paired it with 2 of the Tux black leather arm chairs and it looks really sharp. The pics of this sofa really don't do it any justice - once we saw it in the store we knew we had to have it.
We haven't had it that long so i can't speak to how it will hold up - but we are expecting to have this beautiful sofa for many years to come."

Perfect addition
"Great couch, clean lines, simple design, mod but not cold. We got the instock gray which gives our living room the right complement of urban and cozy. Even with the kids, the couch is still in great shape. The delivery was efficient and hassle free."

Beautiful, sophisticated sofa
"The sofa is lovely. I purchased it on-line, but had been to the store to see it. I actually went to see the Petrie, (but decided that one seemed a little flimsy) and ended up falling in love with this one. Very sturdy, very sophisticated. I've noticed a few loose threads at the seams, which is too bad on such an expensive sofa, but easily fixed.
The delivery service was also impeccable. The guys took the sofa out of packing in the driveway, but re-wrapped it in plastic to bring it in the house so it didn't touch the recently rained on bushes entering the front door. The only thing to briefly complain about is that I ordered the stock color, which should have had delivery within 5-7 days according to the website. However, they only deliver to my are on Sundays, so I had to wait 2.5 weeks."

"Just had the Aidan sofa delivered and love the color (ecru) and tailored modern look. It is really a timeless look. It is a bit more firm than in the store, but I prefer that as the cushion will hold its shape. I'm happy with my purchase"

Great sofa!
"At first we were hesitant to invest this much money in a sofa, but we've been disappointed too often with cheaper furniture and wanted something that will last. The design of the Aiden sofa is equally mid-century cool and timeless. Despite its masculine lines, it is incredibly comfortable and works well for napping. At first we were going to order the darker fabric, but the sample swatch we received was way too dark for our home. Glad we chose the nickel- versatile color and quality fabric."

supportive and stylish
"This sofa is gorgeous. It feels neutral, but has a subtle mid-century modern feel.
We were originally going to buy the Klyne sofa in saffron, but my mother-in-law pitched a fit (she was buying) about the color so we got the Aidan (in nickel) with the Riley chair (in orange). Both pieces are quite supportive to the lower back. I like that there aren't any back cushions, but I find myself leaning against the padded arms more than I thought. The sofa is quite comfy.
The fabric is beautiful and almost shiny because of the Herringbone type pattern. It's also polyester, which is very easy to clean. I feel like it'll hold up well. Because there aren't removable back cushions, I think it will look new longer. At least, that's the hope.
I haven't napped on the sofa yet, but I think it would be comfortable. There is certainly room to lie down."

"This sofa replaced one that was only three or four years old that just didn't hold up despite spending more for it than this Aidan. This is a very attractive, comfortable piece that looks terrific in our family room."
