Great product and great service!

"My husband bought this beautiful zinc hurricane for me as a gift, knowing that I had been looking at it for months. However, when it arrived, one of the glass panels was broken. My husband called the service department and was told that a replacement would be sent out, no charge. The customer service rep was so pleasant and helpful - it couldn't have been easier! The second hurricane arrived in perfect condition! This is a beautiful addition to my home and looks great by my brick fireplace. It is a heavy, well-made product and is a nice size for either indoor or outdoor use. I plan to order another one to use on my screened in porch. Thank you, Crate and Barrel, for a great product and great service!"
