A Great & Affordable Roasting Pan
"Am so glad to find this roasting pan. I need to replace an identical one I've been using a lot for about 10 years. Bought it for $40, including the rack shown. Couldn't ask for a better roasting pan. You could pay 3 times as much for a brand name one and get nothing extra for it."

"I bought this roasting pan for Thanksgiving and will definitely be using it every year! Cleans up in a snap and have used this a few more times for roasting whole chicken and sweet potatoes."

Fabulous Roaster!
"This roasting pan is fantastic! I registered for it and wasn't sure how much use I would get out of it. But it is so handy! I have used it for roasting lots of veggies more than for meat, but the few times I have roasted meat in it, the food was terrific. Most importantly, it cleans up so easily."

Great Value!
"I was looking for a lasagna pan, but this can be used for so much more! Not only does it have a great, sleek appearance, but it is really heavy duty. I can't believe the quality for the price! Although, I shouldn't be surprised - Crate & Barrel always has awesome values."

Huge. Awesome. REALLY non-stick.
"I adore this pan because I can roast two 5-lb chickens at the same time, and my husband adores it because it cleans up like a dream. It's heavy, but if you're buying a roasting pan, do you really want a cheapo lightweight one? I'll answer for you - no, you don't. Plan to use this from now until you're 92 and still having the whole family over for Thanksgiving dinner. When you're gone, you can leave it to your grandchildren, who will always think of you when they roast birds."
"I got this as a bridal shower gift and proudly cooked my first turkey that Thanksgiving and it came out perfectly. Now I give this to brides-to-be, and I include a tin of Turkey Brine and a Crate and Barrel gravy boat. It makes a wonderful gift you will use again and again."

Best Roaster for the Money!
"This pan is fantastic! A popular food star has a recipe that cooks the turkey at 500 degrees for a short time, and it was wonderful to find a pan at this price that will cook at that temperature. It looks great, and it cleans up so quickly! We have even started using it for extra-large casseroles and chickens. Couldn't be happier!"
"It was great to finally escape from the aluminium foil pan for thanksgiving! The roaster did great, turkey was moist and delicious. clean up was a snap (and not just because my daughter did the dishes). The rack did arrive with some of the coating missing, but after reading the other reviews, I just sprayed with vegetable oil coating. Definitely worth it to not worry about the bottom falling out!"
"I've owned this roaster for about 10 years and I use it quite often. I am back today to buy one for my friends as a wedding gift. I've used it for beef and pork roasts and turkeys. I've never had a turkey that did not fit. The nonstick surface interior has held up well over the years, but the surface of the rack started to peel off years ago. I simply spray it with cooking spray and never have an issue. The rack seems to be made of steel (it will rust some), which if you are going to have an exposed metal is much better than if it was aluminum. Like I said, I use it often and for the most part it has stood the test of time."
"I bought this for a gift, but it certainly should last many years for this young couple. It was a wonderful gift and the bride was thrilled to receive it.
I may have to go get one for myself.. I would recommend this gift to any new bride"
"I haven't attempted a turkey yet, but I have found this pan to be a no-fail option for whole roasted chickens and roasted veggies. Its big and bulky as most roasting pans are, but gives good results."
"I think this just might be the most utilized item I have in my kitchen! Apart from just using it at Thanksgiving for the turkey (and it holds a big turkey), I roast chickens quite a lot. It's spacious enough for the bird and great pan vegetables. It cooks really well and evenly. Plus, it's a snap to clean up. Great value and quality and would definitely recommend."
"We did a trial run for Thanksgiving with this pan, but after a few hours, the turkey still was not cooking. We had to run out and get a deep basin pan with a lid in order to cook the bird. I don't think I will use this for meat again.
However, it is a great pan for roasting vegetables, and it cleans up quickly. Not worth it just to cook veggies though."
