Very Luxurious!
"I purchase three of these pillows and they are so luxurious and very soft! They give a "Manhattan/New York/Paris, France" look to my couch. I do, however, highly recommend them for any decor. They are wonderful pillows! Thank you Crate and Barrel for always providing great quality, wonderful design and always at good prices!"

Soft, silky, but...smelly
"This is a beautiful and incredibly soft and silky pillow. However, it has a very strong, cloying musk to it. It certainly smells like an animal (lamb? Yak?). It's strange that the label only says "mongolian fur" and doesn't identify the animal it come from..."

Perfect
"I took a leap and ordered these pillows online for a red leather sectional that won't be delivered until next week. They are WONDERFUL! They are larger and more wild than they look online and very luxurious. They are so cool I'm wondering if I should order more. My son already loves them (11) and wants one for his room. I am very happy with this purchase, no matter what the couch looks like."

Fun and luxurious
"These pillows are great! They manage to be both luxurious and funky.
I recommend you buy them in the store if you can since they vary considerably from pillow to pillow because they are real lamb fur. Some are longer and fluffier than others."

Best Service Ever
"I live in Oklahoma City. I drove to Dallas for a day of shopping (3 1/2 hour drive). One item in particular I was driving there for was this pillow. When I got there, the first Dallas store did not have any and called another Crate and barrel store to see if they did. They did not either. I was very disappointed. I walked across the street to a different store. While I was shopping there, the employee from Crate & Barrel actually left her shop and came to where I was shopping across the street looking for me to tell me they had found two pillows!!! She went above and beyond to help me take home these two pillows that I absolutely love! You don't find that often anymore. Thanks to the great service, I can now enjoy them!"

No shedding
"Evidently, they must read these reviews and make improvements because I haven't found the tiniest bit of shedding. I have a solid dark brown couch so it would show up easily if it did. I love how incredibly soft it is and my whole family loves to sit next to it."

CUTE, but messy
"I love this pillow it creates so much texture and movement in my bedroom. The only downfall is that it sheds like a long haired animal! and it says not to wash them, lol I love the pillow either way but for thoes how dont like little white hairs everywhere dont buy, ."

Beautiful but sheds
"I ordered 3 of these pillows and absolutely loved them. They are very soft and fluffy and look great. Unfortunately, I put them out recently and I'm finding that I can't stand the shedding. I'm finding fine white fuzzy threads everywhere I look including stuck to my clothes. They shed far more than my cat does. So, I'm on my way today to return them. I'll be on the look out for replacements with a similar look without the fuzz factor."
