Excellent and Elegant

"My husband and I bought the 4 bowl set a few years ago and use them several times per week. They are not just for pasta. We often have dinner watching a movie or listening to music and these are perfect for your lap. We also purchased the set for our son and new daughter-in-law from their wedding registry. It feels like your eating in a fine restaurant when you plate your food in the bowls. I would purchase these again for a gift as they are beautiful and practical."

just like my favorite restaurant!

"I purchased a 5-piece restaurant bowl set for each of my sisters after we dined on similar plates in a local restaurant. They loved the bowls’ wonderful proportions, the versatile styling, and the functionality of the rims. I was thrilled to find almost the exact bowl at a great price! Not sure that the serving bowl will be used that often, but purchasing them as a set was the best bang for my buck."

A great buy!

"I had been searching for a while for a versatile basic set of dinnerware that I found at Crate and Barrel but I still needed large shallow bowls for pasta or stew and my search led me to the restaurant bowl 5 piece set. It has exceeded my expectations as far as quality and design. The large serving bowl can do dual duty as a salad bowl but used for ravioli or penne tossed with veggies it is super good looking and has a very ample capacity. The porcelain bowls are sturdy and timeless in style--I love them!"
