LOVE THIS
"As a pastry chef I've used ALOT of offset spatulas, and this one is my favorite. I love how the handle feels in your hand, and its really well made. Wilton has a whole set of tools that look like this and I love them all. I have the bigger offset too which is also awesome."

Seems like perfection
"I have not yet used this knife. But it looks perfect for what I've been looking for. While I can't call myself an extraordinary cake maker but I will say that this tool will help tremendously with the presentation! Great buy and these aren't that easy to find!"

Wonderful for Icing Cakes in the Pan
"This is a wonderful handy tool to ice cakes, brownies, etc in the pan. You are able to distribute evenly and get to all corners. Must buy for anyone who will ever bake!"
