Love this roaster
"We love this roaster. We received it as a wedding gift and it is one of our most used items. It still looks brand new! Meat, chicken, vegetables you name it. I use the "turkey lifters" to shred chicken for enchiladas. Baster is kind of a dud but would do the trick if you don't already have one."

No issues
"We've used this Roaster for six months ( ten times).
The pan is a good solid design, the rack works well etc... no roasting pan is really easy to clean, but this one works well.

Not Just for Turkey
"Bought this Roaster for our Thanksgiving turkey. I loved it so much that I have used it to roast many other different cuts of meat : Prime rib ( beef ) was cooked to perfection - there was not a slice left !! And,
a Breast of Veal was so tender that the bones slid right
out !! AND, my husband ( who has " clean - up duty " )
could not get over how easy it was to wash."

turkey-sized roaster
"I use this roasting pan all of the time for whole chickens, hams, roasts. It's big enough for a turkey, but also useful to prevent splatter with smaller roasts (just remember to have extra water in the bottom of the pan). The non-stick coating still works well two years later. I'm careful to store it with plastic between the rack and the pan to prevent scratching."

Must Have for Turkey Day
"This is the best product ever for Thanksgiving. It is easy to clean up bc of non stick. The two lifting forks are priceless. After I cooked, my aunt bought mine from me so I could repurchase it locally as she was doing her Thanksgiving for her family the next day and she didn't have a Crate and Barrel local to her.

Great Roaster!
"We received this for our wedding and have used it multiple times for chickens, turkeys, and roasts. Cleans easily and love the rack which keeps all the greasy drippings off your food. Baster and Lifters are a bit cheap but that isn't why we wanted this. Great addition to any kitchen."

"My husband and I received this roaster as a gift from our registry 2 years ago. It has been such a staple in our kitchen. Perfect size and so easy to clean. "My turkey was delicious. Great rack although it felt like it could be a little tippy. Might have been a little overpriced, but Calphalon is expensive. Easy clean up. Delivery was very quick."

Wonderful for entertaining
"I love my non-stick roaster. I have used it several times for roasting a large turkey and large hams for holidays. The lifters and baster are great tools. Calphalon is a great product and very durable too. The clean up is easy with the non stick coating. You won't be disappointed! It is a wonderful gift for any cook!"

Love it.
"I love this roasting pan - it's sturdy and well-made, but it's not too heavy of a design. It's also very easy to clean - I've had food cooked down to a brown mess on the bottom of the pan from too long in the oven while the turkey cooked in the rack above them, and after a quick soak, it was very easy to wipe clean."

Best Purchase Ever
"I bought one of these Calphalon Roasters for my daughter as a shower gift. I liked it so much I went back and bought myself one. I was tired of using those throw away aluminum pans that do not cook your meat completely or evenly. My filet and turkey come out perfect every single time with the Calphalon Roaster. This pan is also easy to clean.
The lifters are very helpful and make lifting the turkey so easy. This is a great gift for a new bride and groom!"
