Diner-style deep fryer does restaurant-quality fries, fritters, taco shells and more with its powerful immersion-style heating element with fast heat-up and recovery time as well as a tilt and drain feature for easy clean-up. One large and two small nickel-plated mesh baskets have collapsible cool-touch handles. Other features include a viewing window in the lid, 30-minute digital timer and removable one-gallon oil container with pouring spout. Don't Do it!
"Horrible horrible appliance. On top of being very lightly constructed this fryer will burn food before it cooks it! Don't buy this fryer if you want good quality fried food. get a good heavy pot and oil thermometer instead. this is a complete waste of money."

"This fryer is awesome! It's bigger than I thought and heats up grease really fast. It's very convenient to fry anything and clean. I couldn't be happier; I just have to make sure I don't fry too much food now that it's so easy thanks to this fryer."

"Well I bought this fryrer due to the fact my son and husband wanted it , I'm not that big in frying . Let me tell you this fryer is the best , food comes out delisious and perfect .
It couldn't be any easier and cleaning up is also a breeze.
Food comes out resturant quality . I'm so happy with this product . I've got friends who are chefs and they agree a good fryer makes all the difference.

"I absolutely love my Waring Pro 4 Quart Deep Fryer. This item has been the most helpful ever. The timer, temperature accuracy, and safety features are ideal indeed. fryer operation
"over all performance is good. Unit looks really nice. Iike the digital readout for temp, however when you put food into the hot grease it does not track the temp drop and rise unless you push a up or down button to change temp, and then it will track the temp drop and rise as grease comes back up to desired set temp. The main thing I dont like about the unit is the vent hole in the lid, there is no filter in it so after use you can smell oil odor in your kitchen when not using it??? The price on the unit was very good also."
