Chic, luxurious, and soft
"My husband and I searched and searched for a perfect rug for our living room. Since our home has hardwoods throughout, we needed a rug that would warm up the place. We also have a brand new infant so we knew we needed a rug that would be soft for his knees to learn how to crawl and walk.
The rug doesn't shed, looks chic, and feels so good on our feet. It's soft to the touch and the color is absolutely spectacular. We have dark grey walls and a light sofa set so the dark grey rug complements the set while giving the feel of modern luxury. It was a great investment and we are so happy with it. Plus, 100% of the reviews were 5 star which helped a lot.."

love this rug
"The Memphis slate rug is not only beautiful and soft but it does not shed at all. I am so happy I made this purchase in a large size too. Our furniture looks so beautiful sitting on this very beautiful rug and it feels wonderful to walk barefoot on it too. Our little dog loves to curl up and sleep on it too! We live in a high rise building with a contemporary feel and this rug is perfect for the setting and décor. After looking for a very long time I finally found the perfect rug. Thank you so much!!"

Amazing Rug!
"This rug totally lived up to my expectations. It is very soft. The grey is this intense deep rich color. My friend even spilled a glass of red wine on it the first week I bought it- all I did was wipe it up with some paper towels and there are no stains!"

Awesome Rug for Kids & Animals!
"This rug is fantastic! I have 2 large black shedding dogs and hair is everywhere. We spend lots of time in our family room and this rug is perfect. Our other one (cotton) showed everything and every hair. The best part is my 14 year old is now rolling and playing on the floor with the dogs too. He loves it - it's so soft! The color is a beautiful dark grey/charcoal."

Great rug
"This is a great rug! Like the other reviews state, soft, great with hardwood floors and no shedding! Would also like to note - it's a FABULOUS rug for parents with small children. Our kids love playing on it, it is so comfortable to sit on and it still looks great in the living room!"

Walking on Clouds
"I've been looking for over 2 years for a rug. My kids are young so I wanted something that was durable...yet matched our urban decor. The rug color is a bit more on the grey-blue side. But it matches our stone wall perfectly. Did I mention.....its like walking on clouds! A great buy!"

Unbelievable rug

"This rug has style, durability, and plush comfort. When we bought it, I was debating going elsewhere for something cheaper. Now I can't imagine having anything else. This rug just makes you want to be barefoot on it, it's so soft and plush. It doesn't shed at all and still looks brand new after a year of heavy use."

Excellent Choice
"An excellent choice was made when I purchased the(4 X 6) Memphis Rugs.
I purchased (1) and liked it so much that I purchased another. The Steel Rug Color is best described as silver and gray. It is very durable and does not shed. The Memphis Rug is well worth the money. I have been considering purchasing another as most of my floors are hardwood and these rugs really make my floors pop."

Great, even a year later!
"I purchased two of the Memphis rugs and a year later they still look the same! With a shag, I thought they might wear down- but they did not at all! My dog loves to relax on it (sometimes he won't budge beyond the edge of the rug), and my daughter loves to watch TV laying on the rug vs. the couch!
I actually purchased a third memphis rug, but was sent a different type of rug by mistake. I kept it anyway and it has not been very good at all. I kept waiting for the fuzz balls to stop-- but a year later it just seems to get worse. I just called Crate and Barrel (a year later) and they are allowing me to return this rug in exchange for another Memphis rug. I was pleasantly surprised with that!"

Beautiful Rug
"I purchased this rug for use in the living room, and am very happy with it. The color is a bit more blue than expected, but a nice dark navy with flecks of silvery-grey. It is gorgeous when light streams in the window! Nice and soft underfoot, and after 9 months, it is still holding it's structure (the "shag" does not get worn down). Very happy with the purchase, and would recommend it to others."

Love this rug!
"We replaced an old worn carpet in my office/dressing room/sunroom. This rug is so nice and thick and luscious my daughter did "carpet angels" on it when we first put it down. It doesn't shed and it makes the room so cozy and also looke sophisticated! You won't be disappointed!"

Very nice!
"I gave this four stars because I thought the color was a bit off from the picture. To me, it looks to have "black" in it. It is a very dark rug. It could look darker too because in my living room, I have dark chocolate brown leather couches and medium tone wood floors. Overall, I really do like the rug though. As others have said, it's very soft and plush and easy to clean. My 2-yr old son instantly loved playing on this rug! I think I'll enjoy it for years to come. Would recommend.
Fortunately, this rug happened to be in stock at my local store, so I didn't have to pay for shipping, which was nice!
Very nice rug for the price, too. The rug does slide easily on wood floors if nothing is sitting on top of it (like a couch). So you will need a rug pad."

love the rug but color different from picture
"First, this is an awesome rug. So soft and plush and gorgeous. I use it with the Eco plus rug pad. The one thing to be aware of, which isn't really a negative to us, is that the color looks a bit more gray online. In our living room, it actually has a bit more steel blue in it, which has turned out to be a welcome bit of color in our otherwise very neutral room. It brings out the other blue accents we have in our pillows & candles. So soft, no shedding that i can see, and is a great finishing touch to our room. I probably would have leaned towards the stone color if I didn't have 2 kids a dog & 2 cats, but the dark color is safer and I do love it. They should make this in more colors, it's a really great product."
