"Just ordered a second one for our basement bar. After shopping around for a papertowel holder that was easy to use and attractive, we had ordered the first one for our kitchen. It is easy to use. Nothing to unscrew to replace the towel. Very happy."

Not worth money
"This is a lot of money to spend on a paper towel holder, but from the reviews I thought it was going to be the best thing ever.. NOT. I can't pull a paper towel off one handed. The grip isn't tight enough on the paper towels to hold it while I grab a towel off with one hand. I've messed with it trying to make it tighter with no success. It looks nice, but that's about it."

Awesome
"We just remodeled our kitchen and decided we wanted a stand alone paper towel holder. My husband thinks it is funny that I love this paper towel holder so much - but I do. As other reveiwers have said you can grab a towel with one hand and it rips off no problem! It looks great also. Simple and functional. Love it."

Great Countertop Accessory
"I love this paper towel holder. When my hands are dirty from cooking or I have a utensil in hand, I can easily grab one paper towel and not have to worry about the entire roll coming undone. The springarm allows for various size rolls and always keeps the roll neatly rolled up and away from countertop messes."

One Handed Ease
"This product works as advertised - I'm finally able to get a paper towel with one hand when necessary. It's heavy enough to be stable on the countertop and the spring arm works as a second (and clean) hand. The design is handsome, too."

"We LOVE this paper towel holder. Perfect height to fit under cabinets, very easy/convenient to refill with fresh roll, and the arm really does ensure you only rip off one towel at a time... when you are moving around in your kitchen, it is awesome to only have to use one hand to grab a towel."

nice, simple design
"This Paper Towel Holder is a nice and simple design. The reason I give it only 4 stars is because it's difficult to tear away the paper towels with only one hand. The spring-loaded arm is sturdy, but not what I would have expected. In the end, lovely product! Works just fine."

Okay but not a 5
"The arm holds the roll of towels nicely but the entire holder is not secure enough to be able to just zip a sheet off quickly. Instead, I've had to do it slowly, being careful not to tip it over or pull the holder around."
