exactly what I wanted
"This is my third quiche pan. I live up north for half of the year and south for the other half. I had bought two while up north and found them just exactly what I wanted so now bought this one for the south. It is perfect. Quiche comes away from the pan easily making it easy to clean as well. Looks nice if serving at the table. I highly recommend this product."

Beautiful addition
"I ordered two of the quiche dishes. They arrived when I was told they would arrive. They are lovely, and are a great addition to my serving/cookware collection. They clean up beautifully. Great for filling and emptying
"For a while this was probably the item that was used least-often in our pretty pared-down kitchen... and then we realized how easy they are to clean. I'm not sure what causes it, but all the Crate & Barrel white porcelain baking dishes incredibly easy to clean. Things you would have to scrub out of a ramekin just glide out of these. Since realizing that, these get a lot more use for things that are not quiches or tarts and have been moved to a more accessible shelf!"

Perfect!!!
"After looking around for a nice quiche/tart pan, I decided to go with this one after reading the great reviews and also it was half the price of similar items at my local kitchen supply stores. I am so happy with the purchase. It bakes evenly and cleans up wonderfully. I think it makes a nice presentation for whatever you have baked in it. It is a nice size because a lot of tart recipes call for a larger tart pan than the standar 9 inch pans. I have also found that it works great for marinating meat as it is flatter than a plate and I put my meat in a plastic bag and then in the dish and it sits well. It's also great for storage as I can just put my mixing bowls right in the dish and it doesn't take up extra room!!"

Worth a lot more than the price!
"Don't let the small price fool you, this is a very nicely sized quality piece of bakeware.
I received this as a wedding gift, and as soon as I unwrapped it my MIL asked to borrow it for a party she was hosting the next weekend. We have made a number of quiches and tarts in the dish and it still looks as pretty after multiple baking/wash cycles as it did the day I took it out of its box.
Highly recommend getting not one, but two!"

Excellent Price & Quality
"Exceeded my expectations, considering the more then reasonable price. I have several other Quiche dishes, that cost 3 times this price, and this is a much thicker/heavier porcelain. Therefore, allowing complete and even baking. Not to mention larger and deeper. Most Quiche dishes are only 9" round.The fluted edges are very well defined, and result in a beautifully sculptured/fluted finished edge. I Just wanted to see if these were still on sale. As I am purchasing at least one more. Right after I'm finished with this review. The dish was very well packed, and shipped out within 24 hours."
