Kids Picture Timeline

"Now that my two children are grown, it's time for me to sort through the piles of stored photo albums and hand most of the pictures over to my kids. I chose these frames to enclose a small timeline of each of the kids earlier lives, from birth to graduation for my own office wall. With the larger one for the most recent, graduation picture, I carefully chose my favorite earlier ones to fill in the smaller slots. The hardest part was narrowing it down!"

Nice frame, but....

"As I am unfortunately finding with many Crate and Barrel products, it arrived damaged. However, the damage wasn't from the shipping process to me- the frame had obviously been 'touched up' on the scratched areas and repackaged-shrink wrap and all- and then sent to me. So, it wasn't until I got the frame completely unwrapped that the damage was noticeable.
With this though, I have to say that customer service is and has always been very cooperative and helpful when these situations arise. This particular time, instead of having me wrap the whole thing back up and rebox (which I was dreading), they simply allowed me to 'throw it away' since they would not be able to resell it with damage. They shipped a new frame, and it arrived in new condition.
My question is, why was this particular frame allowed to be 'resold' to begin with to me...?
I love Crate and Barrel products- when the correct product arrives and it is not damaged. Unfortunately, this type of thing has happened a few too may times over the past couple of years with my orders."

GREAT FRAME

"I BOUGHT 5 OF THESE AND PUT BLACK AND WHITE PICTURES IN THEM THAT I TOOK, THEY LOOK FANTASTIC. THEY ARE STURDY AND EASY TO HANG. THE PRICE IS ALSO VERY REASONABLE. WOULD DEFINIETLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT."
