Best Purchase Ever
"I purchased 6 of the Crate and Barrel photo ledger shelves for Pacific Lutheran University. I put aluminized pictures of campus buildings on each ledger. Students, staff and the PLU community have given rave reviews on this product. I also found that the quality was excellent and the price was better than anywhere else I have looked. Great product would highly recommend it to other schools and for home use."

Beautiful ledges! Easy to put up!
"I was very pleased with the quality of these ledges. The wood grain and beautiful rich espresso color gives them a very rich textured effect. They are surprisingly heavy duty and durable for the price. You will not find anything else like it out there at such a great deal, trust me I have looked! I was scared they would be difficult to put up but the hardware was perfect for drywall, the template makes it a snap, and once up they are very sturdy. Excellent product."

Functional chic
"This is a well-made product that is very easy to install, and it instantly adds so much to a space. I was concerned about pictures falling forward once placed on ledge, but this hasn't been an issue. The dark wood matches great with other Crate & Barrel finishes, too."

solid and functional
"This is a very high quality, substantial photo ledge. It is not solid wood, but the stained wood veneer has a nice depth and beauty to it. The espresso stain is a very very dark brown. It goes nicely in an entry way to hold small items and is also nice enough to use to decorate the living room wall. Comes with a paper template which makes placing the anchors in the wall easier."

"We purchased the whole Archetype line of ledges/shelves and love them. I really like how the photo ledge allows you to just set a photo/enlargement on it w/o requiring a easel back. They also very closely match all of our bedroom furniture."

Really Love Them
"We were a little worried when we read the reviews about installation but I have to say we had no issues my husband installed 5 of them in less than a hour. The hardware worked fine and the template with it worked great. They look great on our walls."

"I've purchased several of various lengths and have been super pleased. The templates make installation a breeze and the metal mounting holes will last. This is a perfect display shelf or spice holder. Usual good quality from C&B"
