"I got this cookbook a few years ago after reading an exceptional pre-publication review, and I LOVE it. With few exceptions, every recipe in it has fewer than 8 ingredients (including things like salt and pepper) and takes less than 30 minutes to make, and yet these are some of the tastiest dishes you'll have. I especially recommend the recipe for roasted brussel sprouts. The sauce was so good I was practically licking it off my plate!"
