"This sofa is very pretty. I love the color and the sleek lines! We did have to replace a cushion 1 week into it.
Crate and Barrel were great about it, they ordered one for free and I still have yet to pick it up. Otherwise we love it!"

Looks great, but...

"We bought this sofa in Dolphin and we love the color and style. But cleaning is an issue with non water based cleaners like K2R. They require a "brushing" which is destructive to this textured fabric. We used a soft toothbrush instead of the hard plastic brush which comes with the cleaner and it still showed wear on the fabric. And, the spot was never fully removed. After the attempt to remove that one spot, we treat the sofa with kid gloves and just put a throw over the seat. This sofa gets little wear and there are no kids around. Good thing!

Also, as mentioned before, the cushions were very hard and uncomfortable when we got it. It has gotten better, but now the cushions seem to be breaking down too fast and we sink in spots.

It would have cost too much to send back with restocking fees and all, so we decided to keep it. It does look fabulous in our living room! We just steer people to another sofa for comfort seating."

Love the sofa

"I was looking for a sofa that was both stylish and cozy -- and this one does the trick. I love that it has a modern, sleek look without being hard or stiff. Overall, I am quite pleased!"

Great purchase on a budget

"I moved and needed a sofa I could afford, that had great style, and was of good quality...best part is I got it on sale as part of the upholstery sale! I got it in Dolphin (standard color) and it looks great! Reasons why I gave it only 3 stars: Mine arrived with many loose threads and a few snags, but I was able to trim them just fine. Buyers of C&B upholstered items please make sure you know that their fabrics do puddle a bit, and quickly. I've had other sofas by C&B and this has happened. Also, the cushions are a little harder than at the store (since so many people sit on them to try out), but will soften as they get used, so don't freak when you also find they are harder than expected - just remember to rotate and turn the cushions every 1-2 months to help them last and help with breaking in the cushion. Overall a great buy!"
