Centuries of Chinese craftsmanship meet mid-century modern in a new minimalist classic. Crafted of solid weathered elm with traditional wood-on-wood joinery techniques-without the use of nails or screws-this contemporary collection combines slatted details with striking clean lines. Handsome console features three slatted sliding doors that open to an interior storage space with multiple cord cutouts. Tung tree oil finish, a natural oil derived from the seeds of the tung tree nut, preserves the natural beauty and grain of the wood. Marin media/storage collection also available. -Created in collaboration with designer Maria Yee -Solid elm -Traditional Chinese joinery using no nails or screws -Tung tree oil finish -Cord management cutouts -Made in China

Great console table
"This was a great buy! I love the look of a wood console table vs. a cold metal one. It gives a welcoming feeling to anyone entering our home. Well made & great wood!"

Great piece
"We had purchased the matching media center for our apartment and needed something for our entry hall. We have a narrow hallway from entry of our apartment into living space. This piece works perfectly with a mirror hung above it. It has storage for things we want as we are walking out the door and and gives a great first impression as people come into the apartment. Plus would make a great table behind a couch if we move and don't have a hallway."

Perfect Table
"Beautiful table with incredible design, I have used this piece in the entryway and as a desk. Where it really shines, however, is as a TV console. The interior of this piece is divided into three sections. Each section easily holds a DVD player or other TV components. A small hole between each section and one out the back allows for all of the equipment to be joined without having to view all of the electrical cords. The slats in the sliding doors means that all of your components can operate without opening the doors. Best of all, the remotes have a place to go at the end of the night. Brilliant!!!"

Love this piece
"This piece is both mid-century modern and sort of Asian zen. It is so gorgeous that I broke down and ordered the matching media console as well. I had read earlier reviews of other Marin pieces saying that there was an odd odor coming from the wood (which is probably the Tung oil finish) but I don't find it strong or offensive. I couldn't be happier with this piece!"

LOVE this console
"My fiance and I recently purchased this console for our media entertainment unit and it is great. The sliding doors in the front cover your cable box, dvd, etc and still allow for the remote control to work! This was huge for us, because we didn't want our guests to be able to see all of our gadgets and we also didn't want to have to expose them when we watched TV either. The make of this product is excellent and it is an awesome compliment for any room. I would buy this product again in a heartbeat."
