No Gloss
"Just had this delivered and only half of the top is glossy the other half is rough to the touch, I will be taking this piece back for an exchange. Also it looks very white, but it is creamier, more ivory than a pure white."

"After years of having subpar office furniture, I decided to finally spend time shopping around for furniture that looked decent and was really functional. The spotlight series of furniture is really nice. I get compliments on the look, but the drawers and quality of the design are also top notch. The price was also reasonable when shopping around to competitors of C&B."

Great Piece!
"Love the Spotlight collection! I bought 2 credenzas to serve as my filing and printing center in my home office. Very sturdy and the high gloss finish is great. I'm going to cover with glass though b/c I'm afraid of "wear & tear" scratches. Looking forward to ordering the Spotlight bookcase to complete my office. There was an odor when they first arrived but no effort was needed to get rid of it. After about 2 weeks it went away."

Beautiful furniture but help needed
"It's gorgeous and spacious, but, upon arrival, and for 10 days after, there is a terribly overpowering toxic smell when drawers are opened. I have let it sit with a dryer sheet and a bowl of deodorizer in each open drawer. The odor is finally diminishing, but needs attention from C&B Corporate. My thanks to the reviewer (of this or the desk) who recommended topping it with glass to keep scratches from ruining the beautiful top. The drawer glides make opening and closing smooth and noiseless - an impressive component."

Excellent product
"I really love this product. It is beautiful and functional. I bought this for my home office as a file cabinet, but I will soon be downgrading to a studio apartment in NYC and I love how this will double as a credenza in the dining area. Hi-gloss finish is to die for!"

Never Again
"This is an aesthetically beautiful product and seemed to have good hardware. The problem is in the lacquer or paint that was used. It had such a bad smell that I could not keep it. I tried putting baking soda refrigerator boxes in all of the drawers, airing it out with a fan in the room, and nothing could get rid of the odor. I"
