Not real leather
"The design of the chairs is lovely: clean, modern, amazing colors. But please don't make the same mistake as I did! The sales associate advised us it's real leather, however, upon receipt of chairs we noticed a strong odor, not like real leather.
When we did more research, we found that these are made of BICAST leather - (also known as bycast leather, split leather, PU. leather, or just PU) is a man-made material made with a split leather backing covered with a layer of polyurethane that is applied to the surface and then embossed).
Returning the chairs back, unfortunately."

Not real leather
"I ordered the chairs online and I guess I was stupid for not realizing that "bicast leather" is not leather. I thought I was buying a "chocolate leather side chair" until I saw the label on the chair saying "all man-made materials, made in China". Otherwise the chair is fine, comfortable etc. just not what I expected."

Nice Bench, Fast Delivery
"The bench is very nice, our dog sits on it all the time and it's holding up well so far. The bench is a really nice size and comfortable. We also got it 2 days after we ordered it on the internet which was awesome!"

love these chairs
"Well made, classy look will work with any decor, tested several chairs along this style one weekend in KS City from several places...came home ordered 8 of these. Arrived within the week, very pleased with the quality, fab look with my oversized Benchwright table. I hope to order the matching bench just to have on hand - it can serve many purposes. Went safe, ordered brown, would have bought black if it was an option, but the red is a deep rich gorgeous red...so tempting. Crate and Barrel gave me leather swatches to take home to match up to my decor. LOVE this store....I live 4 hours away and shop online or from the catalog."
