Rusting after only 9 days
"While I love the look and feel of this teakettle, I am returning it; the inside rims of both the kettle and the lid are rusting already, only nine days after purchase. Customer service at the store where I purchased it has directed me to bring it in for an exchange or return, and although I really like the teakettle, I'll likely not be buying this brand again."

Horrible design
"I received this teakettle after putting it on my wedding registry. I am more than disappointed in this product. The top that needs to be removed in order to fill the kettle with water does not come off easily and when you finally get it off, it sprays residual water everywhere. The spout to lift open is stiff and can get hot to the touch. I will be purchasing a new teakettle for myself."

"I have just received the teakettle. I put it on the fire - capacity - full kettle. The handle is comfy and only worm to the touch. It looks nice and clean - I love it."

Love this teakettle
"After we remodeled our kitchen, I wanted a new teakettle. I looked in many stores and on many websites, but knew that this was the one as soon as I saw it. The styling is traditional but not outdated. It is substantial. It works well. Good value for the money too."

Cool Design
"This teakettle is delightful, a stylish mix of old (overall shape) and new (ergonomics). The handle is comfy and the spout is easy to flip up; and both are cool to the touch. I like the materials used to make it: stainless steel and silicone; they are holding up well and are easy to clean. It seems to take longer for this kettle to whistle than my previous one, but the whistle isn't as obnoxious. When pouring, I have to open the lid under the handle a little or else the water glubs out, making a mess... or else I pour very slowly. Overall, I am pleased."

"This teakettle is made for someone that only wants 1 or 2 cups of tea at a time. It basically holds only about 6 cups of water. If you look at the design, you can only fill it with water to the bottom of the spout. That is about 2 1/2 inches of water. Very disappointed in the whistle. Searched on line for weeks for the perfect kettle,one with a really wide base and long spout for pouring. Like I said very disappointed."

Thoroughly Pleased
"Looks great on my flat top stove and I can hear it whistle from my bedroom upstairs with the TV on quietly. Usually I am only brewing for myself one cup of tea and it is a bit larger than I thought it would be - but I will be prepared for teas time with friends. It is very easy to use, refill, etc. This is the first tea kettle I have ever owned and I am pleased."

Just whistle
"not a frequent tea drinker, but family is. we just moved - twice - while waiting for our new house to be ready. NEEDED a tea kettle that whistled so i would not burn the house down - had already let water burn right out of a pot or two....
plus it is beautiful, functional and does not get too hot to handle even on a commercial strength stove. Love this kettle!"

Excellent Tea Kettle
"I received this tea kettle for Christmas and I love it. It is very easy to use. The handle doesn't get too hot, and because the handle can move back and forth, it is very easy to fill and clean. The whistle is loud, but no obnoxious. It also looks so nice and clean sitting on my stove top. I would definitely recommend this tea kettle."
