"When I first received the rugs I was excited
I thought that I finally found the PERFECT DOOR MAT
they are THICK with a nice solid RUBBER backing, they looked PERFECT!

THEN CAME THE RAIN!

once wet,
the FIBERS COME LOSE AND THEY SHED!
I PURCHASED 5 OF THEM! so needless to say I AM NOT HAPPY
Crate & Barrel always (did) offer quality products
I can only hope that they will stand behind these
and offer me a FULL REFUND

Poorly Made Product
"An outdoor carpet is supposed to clean your shoes outside your home.
Instead, this product tracks hair throughout the house, instead of leaving the dirt outside.
The tufts pull through the rubberized backing and create a problem which never existed before.
Our granddog sheds less than this rug."
