Turkey was great
"I used Turkey Brine and Brining bag for my 5 kg turkey last Saturday and it turned out great! All gone. It was tender, juicy, and with lots of flavor. I didn't have the whole turkey submerged in the brining solution but instead i kept on tuning the bird over every couple of hours or so.
I'm buying one more bag of this mix for X-mas."

Fantastic
"I've used this brine for 4 or 5 years now along with the turkey rub and it is super easy and has always resulted in super moist and tasty birds....and we always have a 20+ pound turkey"

Excellent
"We have been using this product with our Thanksgiving turkey for the last four years. It's perfect. The only complaint is that the bag starts to leak after a while so just make sure there's a plate under it."

"After making the traditional Thanksgiving Day turkey for the past 6 years and having never used a brine, I thought I'd give it a whirl. Knowing that I didn't have the time to make a brine from a recipe, I bought this product because let's be honest -Crate and Barrel never disappoints. Mine and my hubby's family couldn't get enough -it was the most flavorful turkey that has ever come out of my oven ;) I followed the instructions to a "T", added the Turkey Rub and then sealed everything in by covering the turkey w/bacon. It was uh-mazingly delicious and I can't imagine not brining the big guy this coming Turkey Day. You will not be disappointed with this brine -promise you!"

"I actually dont even use this as a brine, I use it as a spice for my roasted chicken and it makes the tastiest, juiciest chicken I have ever had! I would highly recoment this to anyone who wants a tasty poultry dinner!"
