Gorgeous Chopping Board

"I am a Pastry Chef and absolutely LOVE this chopping board. I've never owned an end grain board before and have always heard that it is much better for your knives because it gives under the blade more. After using this board for a week I am absolutely thrilled with it.
The design and color is beautiful. The color does start to fade a bit with use but if you apply the cutting board oil (which is also sold at crate and barrel) it comes right back to life. This is really an excellent piece of equipment and is beautiful to boot. I even served a charcuterie dish off of it."

"My parents bought this for me for a house warming present. Best thing ever. I use it all the time for all my prep work in the kitchen. Very durable, easy clean up and looks fabulous. Everyone that comes into our home loves it and wants one of their own."

"If you are looking for a cutting board that will stay on your counter and look good, last, handle every-day needs, cleans easily and makes you feel like a professional chef... look no further. This board looks awesome becasue of the pieces of wood as well as the variation in color. It's a easy clean with water and dish soap. I use it DAILY, actually, several times daily. The weight of the board prevents sliping or any kind of movement. It looks fab on my counter. Because I use it so frequently I oil it will the natural wood oil that C&B sells. Seriously consider getting this product, you won't be dissapointed."

"We got this as a wedding gift and just love it! Heavy enough to keep from sliding around and just lovely looking. We had a lighter one, which is great for portability, but this is a much more solid option. Recommend!"

"We recieved this as a wedding gift and are totally in love with it. It's beautiful enough to leave out on the counter instead of being hidden away like all my other cutting boards. We use it exclusively for slicing bread to preserve the beautiful rich look. Can't wait to have a bigger kitchen someday where it can be displayed even more!"

"I've had this cutting board for a little over a month and absolutely love it. Its got a great look & is very handy.
Only complaint is that I can't seem to get a strawberry stain out of it (just cut some strawberries on it a few days ago) - but hoping this will eventually fade away."

"This chopping board changed my life! It looks great on the counter, knives leave no marks on the board and it is incredibly easy to clean off. Throw it in the sink, wipe it down and put it back. It dries quickly. This is a must have."

"This is the best chopping board. It is beautiful looking and it has legs underneath it which stops it from moving around when you are cutting. I found that it is more ergonomic than a regular chopping board but that might be because I am a tall woman. Once you have used this chopping board you are spoiled-- you will want to throw/give away your others."

"Love this cutting board. Large and stable surface for cutting. Looks great on our counter. Does dry out after a month of daily use. We just apply a small amount of vegetable or olive oil to the wood."

"This board is absolutely gorgeous. The rubber tips on the feet mean it doesn't slide even when I'm cutting very large items; and the end grain means it's kind to my knives, keeping them sharp longer than expected. I recommend oiling it regularly to maintain the beautiful deep wood tones."

"This cutting board is great! I keep it out all the time instead of hiding it away in a cabinet. It has held up very nicely over the past few years. Cleaning this occasionally with the mineral oil keeps it looking brand new!"
