A must-have for wooden cutting boards
"I had a wooden cutting board for a couple years that got warped and cracked, so when I received two really beautiful chopping blocks for my wedding I decided to buy some oil to make sure that didn't happen to those.
I love using this oil on them so much that I use it more often than the instructions say. It makes my wooden dishes and boards look so shiny and new again!"

Saved my cutting boards

"I bought this to use on our solid rimu chopping board to extend it's life after I noticed it was starting to look a bit gray and weathered. Smells pleasant and gives the wood back a warm vibrant look, as if it were new again."

A good investment
"I tried this out on my bamboo cutting board and it worked really well. I had been putting the board in the dishwasher which is sort of a no-no and I decided it was time to start taking better care of it. Cutting boards (bamboo and wood) are expensive to replace. So I've switched to handwashing only which keeps the bamboo from getting dried out as much and also started using the oil after every wash. I use it on the bottom some as well just to keep the bamboo smooth. It has restored it well and made it much healthier looking and smoother. I haven't done it yet but I am also going to start using the oil on my bamboo and wooden cooking utensils and try to handwash those only as well. I definitely recommend this product and would buy it again. This would be a great item to go along side a gift of a nice cutting board to a newlywed couple or someone starting out in their own home for the first time.

Great product!
"I purchased this oil because it was the most natural I could find. I use it on my knife handles, cutting boards and bamboo serving pieces. It is easy to apply and lasts a long time."

Better choice than mineral oil
"I use this on my cutting boards and wooden utensils. It does not contain any petroleum-derived oils. Mineral oil, which is often used for wood kitchen products, is made from petroleum, and frankly I wouldn't want it touching my food. This stuff is a bit more expensive than mineral oil but definitely worth it."

worth the effort
"I've been using this oil to care for all of our wooden wedding gifts. It's not messy and smells pretty good. Our utensils, bowls, and cutting boards are now nicely conditioned."

Great for Wood
"I use this all the time. Natural ingredients, eco friendly, foodsafe. I wipe it on all my wooden chopping boards, plates, bowls, chopsticks and spoons and they all look great and well oiled."
