"If you want a large, deep, comfortable sofa, this is it! We love it! You can feel the quality of the fabric. We have had it for almost a year now, and it is still looking good. It has gotten softer, but that is what Crate and Barrel told us about it. It has only gotten more comfortable. The only problem is staying awake on it! Just ask our Lab, Rosie, it's her favorite napping spot."

"When I ordered this sofa for my living room, the color on-line was misleading. I thought it was lighter. I actually called to have it picked up. As I waited for the two week pick-up, I grew to love the color and the sofa itself. It is so roomy and soft. Being in the living room, it wasn't suppose to be used often, but I and my laptop are consumed daily. My daughter actually uses it as her special reading place. Can't wait to have guest over to see it."

"I ordered the lounge fofa in the pewter color and it turned out just as expected. The comfort is awesome, so soft, cushy and deep! The size is great, I only have one living space and it works perfect. Also got the couch on sale, BONUS!! I would even have bought the couch for regular price, great bang for your buck. I highly recommend the couch."

"It is so soft and comfy. I love it! The pillows are comfortable too. They look a little stiff in the pictures but they are great to lay on. I took a 2 hour nap on it right after it was delivered. We had to change our size from the 93 to the 83 to fit in our elevator and I am glad we made the change. The 83 is a great size and fits perfect in our living room. Customer service was great to deal with too. I am very pleased with our purchase!"

Comfy sofa

"I usually like a more modern look in furniture, but once you sit (or lay down) on this sofa, that's it. It's so comfortable and great for everyday "lounging". Depending on the fabric you pick, it can feel quite plush. Occasionally, you do get that stray prickly down feather poking through the upholstery.
My husband and I previously had a shallow sofa that we both couldn't lie on at the same time, so we appreciate the depth that the Lounge has. Those with narrow doors should take note and make sure to measure to make sure it can fit through the door. We squeezed ours through by laying it on it's back."

"My husband and I bought the 83" sofa (wanted the 93", but it wouldn't fit through our door) and chair-and-a-half. Love them both. Guests always comment on how comfortable they are. My husband calls the sofa "Lounge", and I sometimes think he's more attached to it than he is to me!"

"I fell in love with this sofa at the store. It was so luxurious...the fabric, the depth, the give of the cushions. So I was disappointed when mine arrived as it didn't feel nearly as giving as the one at the store. I figure it just needs to be broken in, though I have had it for about 6 months.
My biggest complaint is that the sofa's feathers continue to come through the fabric and poke me! I thought this would also go away with use, but it continues to happen. I have to pull at least a few out per week. Odd that no one else mentioned this annoyance.
But all in all, I would recommend this sofa. I spent months looking for the perfect sofa, and this is as close as I could get. My boyfriend & I can lay side by side on it comfortably, especially if the back pillows are removed."

"I bought this sofa 6 months ago, and it so comfortable still. We have dubbed it "the sofaaaah..." I sat on it in the store and KNEW I had to have it. All my guests love the sofa, and have a hard time leaving it. It's really deep too, so even though I'm short, the toss pillows make it more comfortable and it's nice to curl up with a blanket and movie, or someone else and still have room. The material is (so far) easy to take care of; no problems yet. My next step: the chair and a half and ottoman."

"This couch is so comfortable, it's unreal. Seriously, it's like a dream. I have the slightly smaller version (apartment size) after the 83" wouldn't fit through my door! C&B was very helpful at the time, and I received the new size couch in a few weeks. It was totally worth the wait. It's perfect for movie nights - and deep enough so that two can lay down comfortably!"
