Great little plates
"These plates are just what I needed! They match my Aspen dishes and are a perfect size for appetizers or even small desserts. The packing and shipping department should be commended... everything was packed very carefully and everything arrived promptly and in good condition."

Great size; great price
"I bought these specifically for casual entertaining. Most of my plates were simply too large for serving appetizers with drinks before dinner. These are great. The are basic white and not at all fussy. At this price I am not worried about using them. I do find myself reaching for them for many other uses. Buy a bunch."

It fits!
"I needed 6" plates to fit a plate holder I have. I looked in 3 states and on line for months. I found the perfect plate on line at Crate and Barrel. All other plates elsewhere are 6 1/4 " ,etc. These plates are perfect. They look great and I can use them every day. They fit any decor."

Back For More
"We use these plates so much that I ordered more after we broke one. Just a tip: don't drop them on to a hard surface from head height. The new batch of plates has good glaze top and bottom so I guess the glaze issue with my first order was a fluke, not the norm. We love these plates. They are easy to clean, look great, and go with everything."

Mixed Feelings
"I purchased 12 & just over 1/4 had chipped or missing glaze on the edge of the plate bottom. The price was right so I kept them all. The size is smaller than I expected but works well to keep snack sizes snack-sized & they wash up well by hand or in the dishwasher. They are fast becoming a favorite serving piece in my home but I wish the bottom glaze had not been damaged on so many."

Best little plate ever
"These little plates have so many uses...as a bedside coaster for your glass of water, to hold your rings by the sink, under the Olive Oil dispenser on the dinner table, just the right size for a cupcake or cookies and of course perfect for hors d'oeuvres! Their simple white design is always in style and goes with everything. They are durable and well priced...you can never have too many of these wonderful "Appetizer Plates"!"

Ok Plates
"I like the plates - they match the set we got for our wedding. They work well for what they were intended for - apps and quick snacks.
However after using them the first time the Crate and Barrel printed on the bottom of the plate washed away. A few that we put in the dishwasher had left black bits from the print on other dishes. None of our other dishes did this and we were very disappointed."

Beware!
"I bought 36 of these yesterday. After one washing in a mild dish soap (just to remove dust from the store, not even food) the Crate & Barrel logo literally crumbled into the running water and into the sink. It was bizarre. Not sure what this says about the quality of the plate. I'm hoping there is no correlation."

Not only for appetizers
"I use mine for all meals, snacks, cooking and, yes, entertaining as well. When you eat smaller portions or are having "just a bite" they are the perfect size. Big enough but not so big that they make your portion look like you need to add to it. When we have casual dinner parties and I have them on the island in a mix of plates/bowls for people to choose from, they are selected in equal numbers to larger plates and bowls."

Tiny but sturdy
"I ordered these plates to compliment a set of dishes which were 11" and 9" but otherwise identical. At 6" it seemed a natural step down in size, but when they arrived they were much smaller than I imagined. Nevertheless they have served me well and I will likely purchase more in the future."

Nice plate
"These 6 inch appetizer plates are cute and perfect for entertaining. At first I thought they might be too small after receiving them, but I realized they are perfect for appetizers and I even use them as spoon rests when cooking. Just right size for a small slice of cake or a cupcake too."
