Perfect!

"This cookbook holder is the best one I've found in a long time. The wood is beautiful and it accommodates large or small cookbooks. It is very compact and collapses and fits nicely on my shelf. Could not have found a better one!!"

So far so good
Date: January 4, 2010
"I bought this for my husband for Christmas (he's the cook). He's only used it a couple of times but says he likes it a lot so far. It holds his cookbooks at an angle he likes. I like that it folds up for easy storage, protects our cookbooks from splatters and is attractive as well."

LOVE this

"Great cookbook stand. Very sleek and stylish, but very functional too. Folds up for easy storage which is a plus. Plastic splash guard shields from drips and spills which is also another great feature. Would highly recommend."

"I got this cookbook stand as a gift at my bridal shower. I have used it several times with different cookbooks. I think it works best with a thick cookbook rather than just printed pages of recipes or thinner cookbooks. It folds up easily and takes up very little room The design is nice and matches my kitchen accessories very well. I would recommend!"

Essential
Date: July 6, 2009
"This stand is essential for any home cook. I love the fact it is adjustable. It can fit all of my cookbooks, except the tiny ones. I love that it folds. It would like nice on my counter, but I already have a lot on the counter. This just folds up and I put it in the cupboard."

A little tough if its not a book
Date: July 6, 2009
"Folds completely flat so great for storage - I keep mine on book shelf with cookbooks. You can adjust the back to whatever angle you prefer. If you're using just a single page it kind of pinches the top part to hold it up but best if put a book behind it. Well finished."

So awesome
Date: July 2, 2009
"I love this stand! I don't have room on my counter to lay down cookbooks plus they don't stay open and get dirty if I do lay them flat. This stand solves all three problems - no splatter stains and more counter space. I was afraid it would become top-heavy when I first felt it without a cookbook, but it balances all sizes of books quite well."

What a great invention!
Date: June 26, 2009
"Love this. Keeps splatters off of my cookbooks, holds it up so I can read it and makes cooking so much easier.
My only problem is that the plastic is a little too light and some of my really huge heavy books don't really fit in there. Most of them do.
Stores flat and i keep it on the shelf with the cookbooks so it is always ready to go."

Great way to protect your cookbooks!
Date: June 23, 2009
"I'm constantly splashing and slopping all over my cookbooks so my husband bought this stand for me. Because the book is now upright, I have more counter space to prep and my book is protected from my dirty fingers! Definitely recommend this for anybody who uses cookbooks often."

Lightweight and Sturdy
Date: June 19, 2009
"I love this cookbook stand! We chose this over other heavier metal and glass cookbook stands because it is sturdy enough to hold a large cookbook, yet it folds easily for storage and is lightweight. The wood is beautiful in any kitchen and cleans easily."

Does the job
Date: June 19, 2009
"Love that it protects pages from my cooking explosions with the clear plastic front. However, doesn't always hold books/pages up as high as I'd like without further assistance from another object behind it. Looks good, easy to clean."

Handy & Helpful
Date: June 12, 2009
"The clear plastic cover definitely is an awesome feature. You can put your finger down and your cookbook won't get all sticky or greasy.
The only downside for this product is the size. It's kind of big and if you don't have a LOT of counter space, it's bulky to have around. I use cookbooks often so I keep it out on the one counter spot that is too small to be useful for cooking and chopping, but this stand fits perfectly there.
It does fold flat to put away, but I've had it in our kitchen for a month and haven't put it away yet."

A kitchen staple
Date: June 9, 2009
"We received this cookbook stand as a wedding gift 6 years ago. I love it because 1) it saves your cookbooks from getting splattered on during prep / cooking and 2) it holds the cookbook open, upright, and out of the way especially if you have limited counter-space. Folds up nice and compact, I store it right alongside my cookbooks. Highly recommend."
