"I collect copper pans and have since a bride taking French cooking lessons. Love the size /shape of this one. Am glad to see Calphalon has recognized the ability a copper pan gives the cook. Best in conducting heat. One copper pan and you're hooked."

"We received this pan as a wedding gift and it's one of our favorite pans! We have the whole set of pans, but we use this specific pan several times a week. I'd recommend this pan if you're considering only purchasing a few pieces of the set. The copper cleaner is a must! They clean up like new!"

Chef's Pan Can Withstand

"I have had the chef's pan for over 5 years. Still looks great and is a good all around pot with lid. Sauces, sautees, etc... The price is great for a copper pan. I use the pan regularly."
