"My parents had this couch and after having sat in it for a long time, nothing else seemed to compare. We shopped around at every other furniture store and did not find anything else even close. We love the clean look, the heavy duty cushions and the overall comfort. Everyone who comes over comments on how much they like it. If only crate and barrel would open a store in Pittsburgh. We miss not being able to go into the store since we moved from NYC."

"We bought this sectional in the peat micro color 3 years ago and it still looks brand new. The cushions have held their shape and we don't have to spend much time straightening. During family get togethers, it comfortably gives us seating for 7."

Good couch, great service

"This was our first purchase of a "real" sofa as we emerged from our cocoon of futons and hand-me-downs. Sectional is comfortable (a little stiff at first, but seems to "settle in" after a while). Also love the herringbone pattern in the standard microfiber upholstery. Makes the easy-to-maintain fabric look more stylish than the average easy-to-maintain fabric. But what really rocked was C&B service. We found this in a store and ordered a couple of days later over the phone after measuring our living room. There was a mis-communication about the color we wanted--an error that was clearly indicated on the receipt we received well in advance of delivery, but which I didn't notice until the sofa arrived. Where most stores likely would have said, "Tough luck--you should have reviewed your receipt more closely," C&B arranged to have the first one picked up and a new one delivered. No hassle. No extra cost to us. And, BOTH deliveries occurred right on time."

Great Family Couch

"We love our couch. We sat on every couch between Austin and Dallas and this was the best one out there. The fabric is great and washes easily. It is long and great to stretch out and watch football on. We love all the pillows and the side with the sleeper sofa is not hard, like other couches. We are so happy with our purchase and hope other customers will also get to enjoy this couch!"

"When we saw this sectional at the store, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for. It is oversized, super comfortable, and the best sofa for a lazy, Sunday afternoon. It is comfortable enough to sleep on, and we constantly get compliments on it. We were extremely impressed by the customer service before and during delivery."

"We bought this in leather for our den and are very happy with it. Both of our "boys" are over 6 feet tall and the generous depth makes the couch really comfortable for their long legs. We have only had it for 6 months and as it wears in it gets more and more comfortable. We also have had a major coffee spill that cleaned up easily."

"Bought this in a chocolate brown micro fiber fabric for our den. It is enormous (!) but very comfortable. The fabric is impervious to dirt and has stood up to several parties, a few spills and dirty dog paws."
