OXO® Green Fat Separator
No more greasy gravy. This handy tool takes the fat off gravies and sauces with a combination of physics and clever construction. The heat-resistant, perforated lid strains out any solid bits, then fat rises to the top, allowing all the flavor to collect in the pourer base. Great Product
"I love the stopper that keeps fat from coming up the spout. This product has really helped me reduce fat in my cooking. It's easy to clean in the dishwasher and it seems easy to use. I really like the design."
