Captivated by the majestic gingko or maidenhair tree while in New York and Tokyo, designer Kristina Isola immortalized its iconic, fan-shaped leaf in this 2008 design. Often living to 1000 years, the gingko's timeless elegance is captured here in Ginkgo's large-scale pattern which complements its smaller-scale companion named Biloba. Reversible duvet cover has a hidden button closure at the bottom and interior fabric ties to hold the insert in place. Matching pillow sham has a 1 flange and generous back flap closure. Duvet inserts and bed pillows also available. -Pattern designed by Kristina Isola; 2008 -100% cotton sateen -300-thread-count -Machine wash -Shown with Marimekko Biloba Blue Sheet Set (see additional photos) -Made in Pakistan

Love at first sight
"This bedding was on a display in the store, I loved it immediately. The fabric is wonderful. The sheets almost have a sheen to them, due to the high quality and thread count. They feel heavenly against the skin. I do wish you could buy items seperately as I would like to make narrow side curtains from a sheet since you can't buy matching curtains. I will have to buy another full set to make them. It is also a little difficult to decorate with wall art due to the distinct color of blue. That still doesn't detract from the high quality though."
