Designed in 1956, Kivet (stones) marked the beginning of the close relationship between the legendary designer Maija Isola and Marimekko. A simple yet modern pattern, originally created by cutting paper circles with scissors, Kivet has been recreated in a variety of colors since its inception in black on white. Its simplicity makes the pattern an iconic and fundamental Marimekko print, representative both of the company's philosophy and graphic legacy. Generous fitted sheet pockets accommodate thicker mattresses. -Pattern designed by Maija Isola; 1956 -100% cotton sateen -300-thread-count -Machine wash cold -Made in Pakistan
