disappointed
"I was a little disappointed when I received my mugs because I thought they were stainless steel inside and out. They did not keep my beverages warm for as long as I hoped because they were not stainless steel inside."

Price was good, but quality lacking
"I bought this tumbler because I am trying to move away from plastic products. However I was disappointed to learn that the tumbler is only stainless steel on the outside, and has plastic walls on the inside. Also, the first time I washed the tumbler, water leaked in between the steel and plastic walls, and now there's always a sloshing sound."
