"Recently bought this rug and love it. The background color of the rug is darker that the picture portrays but it still a great looking rug. Soft to the touch and not a lot of shedding. Works well in our family room."

Contemporary Cosmos
"Had my eye on this rug for about a year before I finally bought it. It's a great rug in every way - wonderful design, and it's soft, thick and comfortable to walk on. Shed a lot for the first few weeks, but that's stopped and it seems to be a quality rug. Great value, especially now that it's on sale. Wish it came as a runner as well."

Great living room rug
"We purchased this 8x10 rug for our living room and love it. We got a rug pad to go under it and enjoy sitting/laying on the rug. The rug sheds a bit which is my only reason for less than 5 stars. We get a lot of compliments on the rug; it really pulls our room together!"

"The online image and description doesn't do justice to this area rug. The photo I attached is of a 9'x12' size. The colors are great neutrals, that blend with grays, browns, creme, gold - and of course the versatile color- coordinated Crate & Barrel accent pillows. The quality is great, and we used the recommended rug padding for a super soft tred. In a way, it's bold but yet subtle. A striking design element for a modern feel."

Cosmo Rug
"Oh it was delivered and it was perfect looked good felt good. After a week quite a bit of shedding like wool rugs do but then I noticed nubbies...like an old sweater..a few dozen. Called customer service and of couse they were wonderful ...but she suggested I cut them off but there were far to many. Crate and Barrel sent me another one but after just a few minutes I knew this one was doing the same thing. Very sad to say I had to return the rug"

"I purchased a 4X6 of this rug and placed it in front of my double front door and it looks beautiful! It is plush and very high quality but it does not shed at all. No matter how much wear and tear it goes through it still looks like the day I bought it! I highly recommend it."

Awesome rug
"It took a long time to find the perfect rug. We have leather couches in butterscotch. Most rugs have red in them and clash with the couches. This rug has a contemporary design that updated the look of the room and worked well with the color of our couches. It is very well made."

Looks green
"The description of the rug says the background is a neutral taupe and that's what it looks like in the photos, but the rug I received has a GREEN background. Both my husband and a friend agree it's green. It makes the carpet duller than expected. I don't know if C&B recently changed the color (mine was bought in May 2012), but if they did, they should have changed the photos and description. I've only had the carpet for a few days, but there are no obvious defects and almost no shedding so far."

Glad I ordered the sample
"Unfortunately my local crate and barrel didn't have the rug so I decided to purchase the 12"x12" swath before I laid down the money for the 8x10. Overall it's a nice rug, but the online picture is a little deceiving as the taupe is darker and the yellow in the dandelions not as bright. In terms of feel the rug is a little hard but nothing overly uncomfortable."

"This rug is fantastic! First - it is beautiful! We saw it online, then went to the store to check it out - it was even better looking in person. We found nothing else that was better (obviously). I then went to the store near me and ordered it for delivery. I had FedEx deliver it for very little money. It arrived in TWO DAYS! Awesome!
The sales woman told me to expect it to "shed" - especially with our cats - and it has/does, but there are never any "holes". We have received many complements and love the rug!"

LOVE the rug and LOVE the service
"LOVE this rug. The "flurries" or whatever you want to call them, are not as bold as I thought they would be. Natural colors leave license to add accent colors through pillows, lamps, etc. Also, rug is SOFT! Our family loves to sit on the floor though we have couches.....very soft and comfortable!"

Excellent Rug!
"Saw this rug online, we then went to the store to check it out. It is great! Ordered it at the store and it arrived ~3 days later. Heavy, wool - perfect for our living room. Also a great decoration, but goes great with many neutral couches....love it!
