bring on the whipped cream!
"This pie plate makes a very flaky, even crust-have used it for both pre-baked crusts and baked pies and found both perfect. The handles are a bonus so as not to disturb edges when pulling it out of the oven.Yum!"

Well Made Staple
"This pie dish is very well made. The glass is heavy, and the pan is very sturdy. Great for making both covered and one-crust pies.
The handles protrude enough to grab, even with a full fluted crust in the way.
Just like Mom's! A great kitchen staple."
