very good, with a caveat...
"These curtain rods are quite beautiful, and the brackets are easy to mount. However, there are a couple of issues that purchasers should keep in mind: 1) There is a set screw in the bracket that is very visible when installed. It simply is too long. I filed mine down, but this is a risky project. A better means of securing the rod would really be great. 2) The rods are telescoping, which is good. The bad part, is that because of the telescoping, it is not easy to simply pull the rings along the rod to open the curtains: the rings get caught up in the "bump" from the smaller inner rod to the outer rod.
For the price, they're great, and with those two caveats, I recommend them...."

Perfect but strong smell
"We love the look and quality of these curtain rods. Easy to install and they look great up. My only complaint is that there is some kind of chemical on the inside of the curtain rods that has a very strong and toxic smell. We let them air out outside on the deck for a few days and it got much better. Now that they are up and closed off there is no smell but when they had freshly arrived and we took them apart they gave me quite a headache."

Best Extra Long Curtain Rod Available
"I have a set of windows that take up an entire wall. The glass alone is 144 inches wide. There are very few curtain rods out there that can accomdoate a window like that. I thought I was going to have to go to the hardward store and buy a length of pipe until I found this curtain rod. I asked how many pieces the rod is and was told two, which worried me since for such a length, three pieces are really necessary. So I went into the store to take a look at the display. I was impressed with the quality of the metal and decided to give it a try. Today the rod arrived, and it is three pieces, and an even higher quality than I expected. If you are looking for an extra long rod, that will not bow, this is the one. You won't find anything better out there. I know, I've spent far too much time searching."

Simplicity says it all
"These curtain rods are sleek and simple. I love that the screws are hidden. I hung most of them alone (with the help of my tools). One downside is that because these are adjustable, side by side curtains may look like they aren't hanging exactly level because the rod on one end is slightly smaller."

SOOOO high end
"After doing alot of looking I found just what I wanted. These rods are great and look so high end, at a reasonable price. I can compare them to some I priced that were 3 times as much and side by side I don't think you could tell any difference. C & B has great quality.............I'll be shopping again"

nice rods if they weren't scratched and mangled
"Nice, high quality rods. Arrived padded and packaged nicely. Once the packaging was removed, rods looked like they had been thrown out of the back of truck onto pavement. Very disappointing. Returned."
