Versatile seating/storage in richly grained solid acacia wood warms the room with the look of a well-loved heirloom. Handcrafted using traditional tongue-and-groove joinery and finished by hand using a two-tone distressing technique that produces a rich, glowing brown patina with undertones of black. Top surround, beaded side panels and hand-finished iron hardware add character. Bench tops a storage shelf and three drawers. Contemporary and rugged, with a hint of the exotic
"We bough the Kahari bench for the slate-floored entry way from our garage. We needed a larger-than-usual piece to fit the space, and we wanted something of superior quality. As usual, Crate & Barrel delivered. The Kavari bench is extremely sturdy, built from solid acacia that gives it significant weight. The finish is a rich dark brown that will fit well into virtually any contemporary living space. Its storage shelf easily fits four pairs of adult men's shoes, and the three drawers are a great place to stash miscellany such as extra laces, spare keys, shoe polish, or a shoe horn. The drawer pulls are nice but can easily be replaced to match your home's doorknobs. The Kavari bench is truly a magnificent piece of premium handcrafted furniture!"

very well made!
"This bench is exceptionally well made and solid acacia wood...no mdf used here and exactly what I was looking for use in my entry. I am very pleased with this purchase. The drawers are great and I use them to store hats, gloves and my dogs leashes. I just ordered some baskets to store shoes in on the bottom shelf."

Great quality
"We bought this for our entryway for a pseudo mudroom. It fits perfectly and looks great! We've received many compliments on it.
The quality is top notch and we love that it has drawers to store extra things and hide some clutter. Now all we need is to buy a coat rack to complete the mudroom! This will last us many years."

Beautiful in our foyer
"We bought this product for our entryway/foyer. We have no mudroom so it also provides a nicer look storing our shoes on the shelf over throwing them on the floor. With a couple of accent pillows it adds a lot of character to the first room in sight upon visits from guests!"
