Beautiful and well priced
"I am a professional interior designer and have purchased high end products for years. This towel stand is one of the best and most reasonably priced products that I have ever purchased. The delivery was quick and inexpensive. It is attractive, sturdy and well priced. And it was available without waiting. I ordered 2 for a client and now am also going to order one for myself."

Not a good investment.
"The first rack I got came broken and Crate and Barrel was very accomodating about replacing it. Then one of the rods broke off (with very little usage) and they replaced that one for free. The new rack had a slightly different design and seemed sturdier, but the standing pole kept loosening up. Now, another rod has come off. I can't say enough about Crate and Barrel's customer service, but this product is awful. They used to carry a four legged towel rack years ago which I bought and still (happily) use. But this current one is the pits."

Don't waste your money
"Very poorly made. You screw the pole into the base and all the threads have been stripped. I plan to return it. Very poorly built. Looks sturdy in the picture but it is not. We could not use but I would be surprised if it could hold the weight of a dry towel , definetly not a wet one.
Don't waste your money. Buy something else."

3 Month Shelf Life
"This product is a great idea for anyone wanting to dry out bath towels yet without a towel rack. But that's where the idea stops and reality sets in. We registered and received one for our wedding. After setting it up we were never able to get it stay level. But the largest disappointment occurred when the base just broke off the base. The inside is hollowed out metal so you could see how it wouldn't have much staying power. Do yourself a favor and avoid the return trip to CB when it breaks."

Loved the first, bought a second!
"The rack is very sturdy. It can easily manage bath sized towels (folded in or else they drag on the ground). Even when all three arms are full, it still is very solid and sturdy.
The brushed nickel finish looks good.
The price for me seemed a bit steep, but the quality is worth it. I think these will last us a long time."

Do not waste your money
"This floor rack is terrible - I cannot believe it was $100. We've had it for less than 6 months, it gets very light use (think face towels and washclothes because more than one heavy towel and it tips) and the threading where the bar connects to the base is stripped. So, it is going in the trash, very disappointed."
