Taking Sandwiches to A Whole New Level!
Date: June 1, 2009
"Tom Coliccio has written the most imaginative, creative cookbook about sandwiches. Just when you thought you knew everything there as to know about two slabs of bread and some mayo , he blows the roof off of your expectations with delicious flavors, fresh ingredients and beautiful presentations that will inspire any Saturday afternoon chef to go boldly into the refrigerator to create these new classics. Tom Coliccio not only wants you to enjoy good food but he wants you to understand what it means to cook. Other recommendations, "How to Think Like a Chef". Two spoons WAY UP!"

Great Ideas
Date: May 27, 2009
"I purchased this cookbook and LOVE all the wonderful sandwich ideas the book offers. It's no longer just the USUAL and BORING sandwiches of yore. This book brings sandwich to the forefront and puts sandwiches in the same league as any normal main dish for lunches/dinners."
